People also think that forgiveness means you allow that person to skip the consequences of their actions, and/or allow them back into their space. Forgiveness just means I no longer feel away about you or the situation, but that doesn’t mean I have to be around you
They say forgiving is for you, because it's supposed to help you move on, or you will carry the weight, and it negatively impacts you, when you don't. Forgetting?...F*** that! Never forget.
You can tell that the plaintiff is the type of person to forgive anything her brother does, regardless of who it hurts. She did all she could to stop the defendant from talking about how he kicked her in the face.
@@Shellygrrl2573 I’m sorry but no. Her loaning money doesn’t mean she isn’t that bad. Her condoning her brother kicking his daughter in the face makes her that bad. I don’t care how much money she gave/loaned
@@PrincessZaire100 I absolutely get what you're saying. But it's a stretch to say that she condones her brother's behavior just because she doesn't want him imprisoned. When people go to prison, many times someone has to pick up their slack (maintaining the inmates home expenses, bills, child support, etc.) and it's possible that burden was going to fall on the plaintiff and she wanted to avoid it. But then again, I don't know for sure, and it could turn out that you're absolutely correct. 🤣
@@KennuhWayne excuse me? No… she filed the lawsuit the same day her brother was sentenced, and then kept interrupting her niece cause she didn’t want it to come out that he kicked her in the face. @@PrincessZaire100 she never said she condoned it. She can file it whenever she wants to file it. The aunt didn't kick her in the face. she stopped paying before that incident happened. pay back what you're supposed to pay back. And that's why the aunt WON and she LOST.
This aunt is stepping out of her place trying to shame her niece for not forgiving her father. Stay in your lane. This seems like a retaliation lawsuit in my opinion against the defendant after listening to the details of this case but she still owes for the loan from the plantiff. The repayment of the loan this defendant even admitted to it. Case closed
I understand that she shouldn’t encourage her to forgive what her father did but if you borrow money from someone you need to pay them back. End of story

Why do ppl always say “forgive and forget” when it didn’t happen to them? You don’t get the right to say that
Exactly
This hit home on a whole level…

I respect her for not dropping the charges on your dad. I wish I would have been that brave when my dad assaulted me my last 2 years of high school.

Why they both wearing pink cardigans and black t-shirts👚 😂
That was the first thing I looked at too
The producers did that
I saw the pink sweaters and thought, if i ever go to court, I'm bringing a back up sweater or jacket
I kno I just was thinking the same thing lol
They went shopping for court😂 and rode together

The fact that they were matching is bizarre 😅. And I pray for healing for the daughter
😂
I noticed that too!

Omg it’s so irritating…

They must got their outfits from Mathis studios.
I thought they got them out of your mom's closet.
Not the producers putting them in the same outfit 😂😂😂😂 somebody gotta explain.

Right!?
While she was already wounded!!
I am absolutely on the Niece's side. Hold his axx accountable! 😠
So we have twins in court again...lmaooooo

LMBO the matching outfits through 🤣🤣
Auntie stopped crying real fast when the arrest came up.
I just started but them tears dried up real quick “that’s not my fault” 🤦🏼♀️
Damn, she didn’t waste no time turning on the water works…
Yeah the works there was no water. 😂😂
Yea they never do waste any time. 👩🏼👩🏻🦰👩🏻🦳
That young lady has every right to talk about what happened to her…shame on the plaintiff…
You owe her regardless, revenge or not.
Unbelievable that aunt is. Good for the daughter for holding her own on the father assaulting her.

I agree especially after her comment at the end. Just pay the woman her money and move on

why they matching lol

It's creepy they are dressed almost identical..🤔😔🙄

Is it weird that the Plaintiff and the Defendant are wearing the same outfit?🤔
