I love and miss you so much!! My children and I have been alienated from each other since July 8, 2020. It's one of those stories that you'd see in a movie but it's not, this is Real life for us.
I've been fully investigated and cleared by cps and psych evaluations based upon false allegations by father.
The root of the issue is that I believe what my children told forensic evaluators and the hospital. I also believe what 3rd party expert witnesses concluded after extensive review of the case (all records).
The Oregon trial court is requiring me to give up what I believe to be true and take on father's narrative. I've always taught my children not to lie. I will live by what I taught them.
After being represented by attorneys in the trial court, I am now representing myself in the appellate court following my attendance in law school.
I record these videos so that my children know that I'm alive and safe. I also want them to know that I'll never give up on truth and reuniting with them. I'm believing that the Lord will redeem the time lost with my children.
My son was born in 2008 and daughter in 2011. The trial court granted father custody in 2020 because I pray & talk to God (not audibly). The court said that they do not believe that we can communicate with God, therefore, they said that I was delusional.
My children are my MIGHTY heroes. My story is one of tens of thousands parental alienation cases. The kids are the true victims.
