Today I made a gluten-free corn tortilla that can be used for nachos, tacos, and much more.
Please give it a try!
Indegredients: 5 corn tortillas
100g Masa flour
2g salt
120g water
7g oil
Key Points:
1. When pressing the corn tortillas, do not use too much force
2. If the corn tortillas does not form well, roll into a ball and press again
3. It is better not to add color to the corn tortilla when making tortilla chips
4. Make sure to wait at least 15 minutes stored air tight before eating tortillas
