I have a misano blue Veloce….it really is a beautiful looking car, it’s true what they say that you look back every time when you park up….they do look fantastic
I am seriously considering getting one of these as a used car because their resale value is terrible in the US. I can be in a Veloce with fairly low miles for around $27k. Done some research and they have average reliability and are less expensive than the German cars to maintain and repair. The engine is fairly easy to work on.
realiability is quite good i would say, just some minor eletronic issues due to two things: 1 low battery voltage (due to oem battery not so good) 2 relé box in an exposed area get oxidated and can cause elettrical issues (mostly in places with humid-cold weather, probably not an issues in the desert i guess)
Just avoid 2017 & 2018 models. (fuel pump problems, Oil Pump solenoid problems, Problematic coolant radiators, Oil radiators failures) Newer have usual problems. Multi-air unit. Coolant bleeder screews, starter relay and electronic issues. I have 2019 Veloce 280hp. 90 000kms (0 issues so far) but people i know have those problems. Still less problems than my ex bmw. :)
@@ivanbozic9892 It's all relative. Like you said, less problems than your ex BMW. Curious, do you take yours to a AR dealer or is a good mechanic an option?
@@norwegianblue2017 Good mechanic is an option :) I think you only need an official AR dealer for some specific problems, for example Multiair. But a good mechanic will solve that too because all the problems and answers are already on the internet (how to solve). :)
I was waiting for this to see how is the cabin noise at higher speeds….how is travelling at 160-170kmh ? Is that good compared to other german cars like Audi or Bmw ? Thanks
depends on what you compare it to. louder then an A6 but not annoying loud. I got the panoramic roof and that starts to scream at 200, at 240 its very loud and not fun. But normal german speeds up to 200 are very easy to do. Especially because the suspension is superior to anything in that price range. crazy handling at all speeds
@vincenzopardo557 io ho una 2.2 diesel con mappa 240 cv, originale faceva 232kmh e frenava, ora ho toccato 255kmh, quindi questa versione sbloccata dovrebbe fare almeno 260 se non poco più
It is ironic that the car does not show more than 15l, that is its maximum. It's incredible that they put that on a car that consumes 12.5 - 16l in city driving on average. At least in my case.
there's a lot of wind noise at 140kmh for a vehicle in this class, but I guess Giulia was never meant to be an autobahn cruiser, there are other vehicles that focus on nvh and comfort.
I adore this italian Rocket
Piece of art with big muscles

Same for me, every time i park, i look back :)
Alfa Romeo builds the best cars nowadays.
I agreee
The most beautiful, without a doubt

Too much traffic on 3 Autobahn at that hour. Otherwise the car seemed fast and stable. Good job 👍
Solo para los que saben de carros. Una completa belleza italiana. ❤
Sick!
2,000 rpm 135klm , nice
More like 2000rpm at 140kph. Higher gears like a modern diesel. Very long gears!

Steering is very good ?? Has been modified in 2020
Why not test her full potential during the night? You were blocked for 90% of the video.
Should be able to top @ 245 km/h on chrono.
Pretty sure it can do more, but it has Vmax limiter
Limitata elettronicamente a 241, chi c'è l ha lo sa
Quindi senza l’elettronica arriva a 250?

Orario non adatto per la prova? Troppo traffico.
Beautiful but too slow for me. Too bad..
It can even explode a nuclear bomb, but the consumption it ever will be 15.0 l/100km🤣🤣

This car needs speed and some llamas are blocking it
Please next time the diesel 2.2 210 hp because i want to compare with my golf 8 GTD 200 tdi thank you.

No se sabe qué viento podía hacer ese día. Pero estos coches son un tanto sensibles al viento lateral.
Change to other Autobahn.....

i didnt see 276hp 400nm in the speedo tho.
car is limited to 240
Che bel cassonetto
Sait voiture à que des problèmes
Worst EVER!
È un video fake, non puoi provare una Giulia nel traffico, supera tranquillamente i 250
in realtà no, è limitata a 240 reali (241 indicati cioè precisissimo, mentre le auto tedesche a 250 reali indicano 260-265)
