Yum id be eating those fresh spring rolls everyday 🤤 and banh mi 🤤 So cool how the french brought amazing coffee + bread to add to the already amazing food!
Oh it's hard to not just eat everything up for sure and you're right! The French influence is everywhere and it's such a delicious fusion style cuisine that the locals have totally made their own! Coffee and Banh Mi's almost daily! 😋
Saigon/Ho Chi Minh is definitely a great city! So many nice people and great places to check out in every district. Wish we could have seen more, but just more reason to come back! 🙂

It tasted great for sure! What ya don’t know, won’t hurt ya, but at times, what ya do know, can kinda turn ya off haha. But you make a good point, a little added nutrition never hurt anyone 🤣
