Who Wants to Be A Super Millionaire? - Full Game (with Rave Music)

This is going to be a full game of "Who Wants to Be A Super Millionaire?" that I will be doing.
I will be playing with the UK Rave Music used from 2007-2014, while some of the music used is retained from the Classic format of the show.
Some countries used the Classic format with 12 questions instead of 15; however, the USA version on ABC or in Syndication never used the 12-question format nor the Rave Music.
The first safe haven is on the second question due to this format; but since this software uses the classic 15-question format, I will be playing the music for the first five questions.
