Every man who has something on his head while praying or prophesying, shames his head [ 1 Corinthians 11:4 ]. I extend prophesying to include preaching or teaching, in that you're delivering a message.
There are little details like these that the Scriptures make mention of which I notice churches do not follow. I don't say this to judge anyone, but imagine how much more power we would have as a Church if we did these small things, remaining doctrinal, yet, not diminishing being Pentecostal. Like when all the details of the Tabernacle were set in place, the Glory then came down with power. Look at how empowered we are already, imagine if we were careful with these kinds of details, the Glory of God would fall over us. We would be ten times greater in God.
