Rabbi, I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for your lecture. Over the last four decades, I've had the privilege of hearing hundreds, if not thousands, of lectures, and I've benefited from each one. However, this one stands out on a completely different level. Your message brings unparalleled clarity, which is desperately needed in today's world. Your ability to weave awesome stories with scientific backup and data is truly remarkable. I will be sharing this clip with my entire family, as I believe everyone will deeply benefit from your wisdom and presentation. You are an absolute pleasure to listen to. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with the world❤❤❤❤
As a Gentile myself (I kinda like that word), I can barely contain my appreciation for this Reb & the message he delivers every time I've heard him speak, right here on RUclips. Combined with a couple of other timely factors, I dare say he's contributed a great deal to my sudden willingness & desire to set out & engage in a personal mission to help the global Jewish community in whatever little way I can. I am somewhat foreign to this entire world and I don't really have a clue as to what form that might take, but I've begun sending out random (but very pointed) little signals, such as this one, in the vague hopes that one of them somehow lands on the right ears, or in the right lap.
If you are a Christian and wish to help Israel at this critical time, I would recommend the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Give them a look. They do great work.
@@bamaraiderable Thank you, but I'm not a Christian, so I think I'll have to give this one a pass. I've looked into the type of work that Christians are doing for Israel, and I've found it to be less-than-stellar, to say the least.
On this subject, I heartily recommend a track I discovered by accident (it appeared in my 'recommended' feed) by a British band called UNIT. The track is A Tribute To The Israeli Defence Force and it is excellent - tuneful and forceful without being bombastic combined with a lovely lyric. I know next to nothing about the group but on investigation I see they've recorded a whole batch of Jewish related tracks such as Pesach, Yom Kippur, Bar Mitzvah, Israel Is Real, The 613 Mitzvot and probably others I don’t know about yet. Some of them feature Rabbi Moshe Bryski which is definitely a recommendation in itself.
A very popular verse from the Hebrew Scriptures for we Christians is Joshua 24:15: And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
We are programmed by experiences and lack of experiences, where so much is clearly observable as well as well documented! But as the rebbe is saying, a person can learn to change their minds, but a conducive environment is a necessity in many cases.
And the Word of the Lord himself had made to descend upon the people of Sodom and gomorah showers of favour, that they might work repentance from their wicked works. But when they saw the showers of favour, they said, So, our wicked works are not manifest before Him. He turned, and caused to descend upon them bitumen and fire from before the Lord from the heavens.

The WILL I.S. FREE
Flip Wilson would say "The devil made me do it". WE HAVE FREE WILL, devil will tell to have money, go steal it.
He ain’t heavy he
It turns out he was indeed wired that way and acted like a monster by judging others based on a brain scan.
And the Word of the Lord himself had made to descend upon the people of Sodom and gomorah showers of favour, that they might work repentance from their wicked works. But when they saw the showers of favour, they said, So, our wicked works are not manifest before Him. We don’t have free will, proof ? We cannot wilfully stop sinning
I still believe we have free will because it will be an injustice on side of God to decree heaven for a person and hell for another.
We're all not perfect, but when you try to improve on your morality that is prayers and be good to mankind I believe your sin level will reduce.
