Fortunately for you, the wait won't be long... Part 5 is already posted. Eventually I will preparing a general overview of the unit as a whole in my Featured Restoration format as well.
My version used 2SA497, 2SC497. I used KSA1381 and Its Complement. The 2SA809/2SC1451 are the replacement indicated in the service bulletin so yours have probably already been partially or fully brought up to service bulletin spec.
@@NovaluxStereophonic Yes, my unit has all the modifications. Left channel ok, but right channel has a positive DC offset that jumps like crazy around 2-4V.. So the amp stays in protection mode. I swapped the main PCBs, the fault follows the PBC. All resistors, diodes, transistors measures ok. I suspect that one or more of the 809/1451 are bad. I may pull them all and check them in a transistortester and see if they match hfe wise. Which pairs did you match during your service?
@@Lars71dk Use at your own risk... I would be looking at Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. If you have further questions please get in touch with me outside of youtube.
I enjoy your videos. I like the way you analyze issues in a methodical and logical way.
Excellent maintenance video.
Awesome!
Looking forward to video #5 on the accuphase p300

23:45 interesting issue with the SG505. I’m curious if you had the ground on the output of the 505 floating or not?
Поделитесь пожалуйста схемой. Не могу починить P300S. Спасибо большое!!!!
What subs did you choose for 2SA809 and 2SC1541?

@@NovaluxStereophonic Thanks :-)
@@Lars71dk It also occurred to me that you may have a dirty DC offset trimmer.
