Wow a Saturday night show with literally a 6 second announcement from the announcer and then straight into the show. In today's world you'd get the announcer waffling on about what's coming on later and tomorrow and then finally announcing the show that's about to come on.... then you'd get an annoying sponsorship advert for whoever is sponsoring the show.... then you'd get a preview of "coming up on tonight's blind date".... and then FINALLY theme music would start. I miss how much simpler and more relaxing it was to watch tv when you weren't bombarded with information all the time.
Same takes me back to my childhood this what a great time to be alive 3 channels and running to the toilet while the adverts was on cause you couldn’t pause gladiators lol
