Hi there thinking about getting this monitor this week but before I do I want to know does it support full hdmi bandwidth for ps5 as it doesn’t have dsc on ps5 and don’t want to be not getting full bandwidth 😊
This is on sale atm for £614.99, would you say this is worthwhile for only using with Xbox Series X, or would you say it's wasted and a Gigabyte would do the same job?
Its very similar, I'd probably go for this one as the hdmi 2.1 port covers a higher bandwidth so if you ever get a PS5 it would be perfect for that too
I've got the budget to spend on this monitor. I only will use this for ps5. I want to take advantage of the HDMI 2.1 and have the fastest response time possible and maximize the PS5s specs. Is this still the best option for me?
The Gigabyte monitor is really good HDR 1000 and large display, only negative is the hdmi 2.1 bandwidth limited to 24Gbp, but to note it only impacts PS5 and PC's with older GPU.

My older TN panel didnt do this. I’m looking for the same specs, expect it has to be TN panel.. any reccomendations? I found the BenQ Zowie series and they look pretty good. But sold out atm
Yes, but It is not going to be the same like a 1440p native monitor. Will do a down rescaling. If you are going to Play on console dont buy 4K monitor, i think fps is more important and 1440p al least on Xbox series X is always at 120 fps without ups and downs. When i Play at 4K the fps downs to 60 on shooters games for example.
It's not noticeable in normal usage but after watching a show with dark scenes, I noticed it a lot. More than my previous monitor, I feel like this model is probably just going to have more IPS glow because it's a bigger monitor.
I am using this monitor only connected to my PS5 and when I open a game the monitor turns the screen black for a few seconds and then opens the game. When I played on TV that didn't happen so I don't know if it is normal. Also, when I turn off or put the play in sleep mode, the monitor turns the screen black for a few seconds and then the screen appears for a moment and then turns off, it looks strange, someone please help me
I wouldn’t recommend buying this monitor as it doesn’t support the ALLM. Get the monitor that the PS5 can support everything it has to offer. I recommend the Sony Inzone H9. That’s what I got and for FPS games like COD and Apex Legends. It’s money in the bank as far as super smooth buttery gameplay is concerned.
I’m currently using a BenQ 27” 144hz QHD monitor, it’s a superb ip panel with VRR for roughly £$300. 2k at 60HZ & some games at 120HZ on consoles is more then good enough… hell! even 1080p at 60hz is still impressive for consoles. This new panel is over kill, very few games on console are hitting that 4K 120HZ and by the time there are enough titles to justify buying this monitor the price of it will drop… hang in there players don’t buy this overpriced gadget… be patient wait it out.
Prices will drop but if I buy a 200-300 monitor now and prices drop even a little I’m still out the same amount it cost currently? Obviously I could sell the old one but to who? If I’m selling it while 2.1 monitors are down no one will want to buy it because everyone will just be buying 2.1 monitors. So is your response to people who already have monitors or everyone?
THE CONSOLES CAN'T HIT 4K ANYTHING DUDE NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH PEOPLE NEED TO STOP SAYING INCORECT INFORMATION PCS COULDN'T HIT 4K 60 CONSISTENTLY UNTIL NOW WITH THE 4090
Hi, it's 2022 man, why is Monitor so expensive? This big! It is unreasonable, all my respect to you, but the companies exaggerate the sugar greatly, thank you.
No normal person uses a 55 or 48 inch tv on a desk, a 32 inch monitor is more practical. Sure it's not going to have the same picture quality as a tv but you'll still get great quality out of a monitor like this.
@@armen1136 I have verified this with a 43” ROG. It was crap with gaming and crap with office work as I can see the pixels. 32” at 4K is truly the sweet spot. Coming from a 27” 4K monitor.
Seems like a good monitor but pricey for me. I'll wait for prices to go down on 2.1 monitors. For now I'm using aoc 27. For little over 200 it works pretty good for ps5.
Would you recommend saving for a 2.1 monitor if yoy don’t have a monitor at all? Cause I’m looking to get a 27-32 monitor (people say 27 is too small for 4k) I can find one for 200-300 I’m sure. But I WILL want to upgrade. How “cheap” and how long do you think a full functioning 2.1 monitor will be considered affordable?? Cause I don’t want to spend 200-300 on a monitor now just to spend 300-500 later especially if it’s soon.
@@sigmanm1182 I want a monitor now how long is saving? If its another year that’s what I’m asking why would I wait for a a year? Also how much would the price drop? If it’s this holiday than yeah I’ll wait for a deal but not over a year
I want somebody to be honest and tell me, aside from “past” games, is HDMI 2.1 truly worth it? Maybe in the distant future it will become a bigger thing but as of now newly released games can barely handle 60fps and there is no mention of “HDMI 2.1 will boost your performance” anywhere. Only if you want to future proof yourself then maybe you should go ahead with it but as of now and the near future there will not be much actual usability for it.
@@christianstock7183 any suggestions as to which tv would be best for a series X?? Regarding 2.0 HDMI. 2.1 is just brutally crazy when it comes to price. Might have to wait for some time for those prices to drop.

I have the Mobiuz2710 27” right now and it’s perfect for what I’ve been looking for, the problem is just that my eyes strain and get dry when looking at IPS panels appareantly. My older TN panel didnt do this. I’m looking for the same specs, expect it has to be TN panel.. any reccomendations? I found the BenQ Zowie series and they look pretty good. But sold out atm
Maybe you would benefit from blue light blocker glasses. I definitely get less eye strain wearing my tinted prescription glasses
Can you still do 1440p 120hz with this version of the monitor?
Yes, but It is not going to be the same like a 1440p native monitor. Will do a down rescaling. If you are going to Play on console dont buy 4K monitor, i think fps is more important and 1440p al least on Xbox series X is always at 120 fps without ups and downs. When i Play at 4K the fps downs to 60 on shooters games for example.
Hows the HDR on ps5?
Why it is looking so red in your video?
what is the hz on this monitor
Wat De perfect time I'm searching a white colour gaming monitor
Thank!!! 👍

@@FaizGorgon 🙃
Hello, does it have 48gbps?
Yes
Can you check ghost of Tsushima on this monitor?
The light leakage of the backlight on the black screen is terrible.
It's not noticeable in normal usage but after watching a show with dark scenes, I noticed it a lot. More than my previous monitor, I feel like this model is probably just going to have more IPS glow because it's a bigger monitor.
What kind of desk is that looks small enough for my room lol
Check this out ruclips.net/video/86-vzGDD4X0/видео.html
I am using this monitor only connected to my PS5 and when I open a game the monitor turns the screen black for a few seconds and then opens the game. When I played on TV that didn't happen so I don't know if it is normal. Also, when I turn off or put the play in sleep mode, the monitor turns the screen black for a few seconds and then the screen appears for a moment and then turns off, it looks strange, someone please help me
Don’t think it’s worth £1100 just kinda looks like a Alienware to me I know it’s hdmi 2.1 but I don’t know if it’s worth the monet
Unfortunately no hdmi 2.1 monitors are cheap.
For Hdmi 2.1 just get and LG 48” OLED.
I returned my c1 48inch. It burned my eyes out
I wouldn’t recommend buying this monitor as it doesn’t support the ALLM. Get the monitor that the PS5 can support everything it has to offer. I recommend the Sony Inzone H9. That’s what I got and for FPS games like COD and Apex Legends. It’s money in the bank as far as super smooth buttery gameplay is concerned.
This or LG 27GP950?
Both are really good but I'd say this one as it has a bigger screen and speakers.
❤️❤️❤️
THE CONSOLES CAN'T HIT 4K ANYTHING DUDE NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH PEOPLE NEED TO STOP SAYING INCORECT INFORMATION PCS COULDN'T HIT 4K 60 CONSISTENTLY UNTIL NOW WITH THE 4090
@@ΦιλίαΒλησίδη completely false 😆
@@owencorfield6163 DO YOUR RESEARCH AND SEE IF THE PS5 CAN OUTPUT TRUE 4K WITH ACCEPTABLE FRAMERATE BUD !
@@ΦιλίαΒλησίδη I was referring to you comment on the 4090. The 3060ti is capable of 4K 60fps. so wtf are you talking about Lol
Is it full hdmi 2.1 48gb or only 24gb
Full
does it support vrr and hdr combined for xbox series x at 4k @120 ??
Yes
So do I need a pc to plug the monitor in?
Yes PC or Console.
Hi, it's 2022 man, why is Monitor so expensive? This big! It is unreasonable, all my respect to you, but the companies exaggerate the sugar greatly, thank you.
Yeah unfortunately ALL 4K hdmi 2.1 monitor are expensive.
Mines a 27inch Nvidia G-sync compatible 4K 240hz monitor
Nice!
Kind of wish I never purchased the gigabyte fv43u as that also is 24gbps, may sell it and get this
I don't understand why gigabyte did that, they should have kept it at 48gbps
@@GeekStreet I know ,very strange my fv43u is good and I honk I looks better on hdr 1000 mode than game mode as that makes eyes bleeed
I like ben q for the price rather go with a oled tv is this is just for gaming and media.
This monitor is so good.
does it support 120 fps?
Yes
get gygabyte g24f , have hdr 10 bit 170hz ips , cheap as hell
Crazy paying that price for a 32 inch monitor when an extra couple of hundred you could have a 55 inch 2.1 120hz tv
Really?
@@NCRRanger16 yes and right now you can get a 48 inch c1 for about the same price
Since when is this monitor hdmi 2.1
Nice.
I think the LG 27GP950 is arguably the best gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1
Its definitely a good one, just a shame it doesn't have any speakers.
@@GeekStreet yup. When I noticed it didn’t have speakers that took it off my list as I’m not keen on using gaming headset. Thanks for the review
@@nicko5237 yes its a basic thing all monitors should have.
Just get $20 speakers lol
Ik zoek een300€ Max somone link iets dan ?
I would still go with the MSI MPG321ur-QD for the hdr600
Ok
Well hows it
@@shonking35 better
Honestly I'd save for 2.1 monitor imo.
2.1 isn't worth it just get a 4k 60hz monitor instead for story mode games. Plus a 1080p/1440p monitor for games that can run at 120 fps.
@@christianstock7183 any suggestions?
@@martybadass424 ^^
@@christianstock7183 any suggestions as to which tv would be best for a series X?? Regarding 2.0 HDMI. 2.1 is just brutally crazy when it comes to price. Might have to wait for some time for those prices to drop.
That bottom bezel is…. Interesting
Speakers
So i can Play 4k 120 Hz?
Did you watch the video? 🤣
@@GeekStreet no 😅
Ok no point in me helping then 🤣
Way too much money. You can get a 32 inch 1440p ips with 165hz for $350.
Am I the only one who hate the speaker on the front? It looks like a fat bezel
The price haha. U can get a OLED for this
1440p would be better imo. It's just not worth it to go 4K on 27 inchers
This is a 32 inch
Can I use VRR on PS5 with it?
Yes
The BenQ MOBIUZ is too expensive.
