    I find your tutorials and advice brilliant Paul. I’m a complete beginner to painting and find the more detailed work more enjoyable, I find lose painting very hard. Will give this a try😀. thank you for sharing your expertise.

    just the answer i was looking for...how to avoid the cauliflower look, due to too much water in diluted paint. dip, scrape and roll...i wasn't rolling 🙂

    This is way above my *beginner* level...I'm painting rabbits from my photographs but have trouble w/ frontal faces so do side angles. I have used oils long ago & sold a few painting then; now I like dry~fast paint like acrylics & watercolors & it is fun. Your *tips* are very helpful ... perhaps if I stay w/ it I may some day be able to do cat eyes & frontal faces. TY *Wildlife in Watercolors*

      You can do it Miji, you know you can, especially with the painting experience you have, even though some of it was with oil paints. It's learning how to look and 'see' within a photo and transfer that to a sheet of paper. Keep going and keep those brushes wet, Paul 🎨

    Do you use rake brush for fur

      I have used one in the past Ravi, but I mostly use my home make rake brush. Check out the video on how this work and how to make your own. :-) bit.ly/3zmw6ez
