Would Dr. Nightingale be interested in helping Representitive Chris Rabb and myself? I have a DUI Med Marijuana case and was found not guilty of the driving. But found guilty by THC in my body. I'm appealling my case to the Pa. Superior Courts for constitutional matters and waiting their response. We need to push harder to get these bills voted on and get these laws changed and updated so all my fellow Med Marij pateints won't be having to be violating the current driving laws for DUI

Could you please provide me with a link or way to obtain a copy of the case with Mary in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania? Our landlord is threatening to evict us for the use of medical marijuana in federal housing, and Id like to reference that case to aid us.

If it is not in your original lease, can your landlord enforce it later by adding it like sending a text.
