The camera man did a great job. I didn’t get motion sickness and I didn’t have to adjust the volume on my tv. Tom’s filming is much better, no yelling or screaming while he was filming 👍

The table that folded up and was then a nice art piece was amazing. I only wish Amanda was there to give her opinions. Great point Randy about where to put the door. FYI, the texturing is what Amanda was trying to explain when you first started the stucco.
Love the high picture windows!! Makes furniture placement so much easier, and you still get the natural light, but with privacy!! Love the awning windows, and the big kitchen farm sink! Those fancy modern upper kitchen shelves, and storage stairs are great!
Yes Randy you’re right with that 10 x 20 the door by the stairs is the best place for it. If it was my tiny house I would only have one door& it would be by the stairs. I love the be bored wood ceilings. Very nice!
Hi Randy..nice tour today..I live in Pennsylvania and I respect the Amish country I live near..they sure can build a house or barn and do it beyond great..they have barn raisings on occasion here..they get them up in a day or weekend..they pull together in such a tight knit community..amazing..it reminds me of the community which you are building there..I love it..I sure pray some day..I can live in a tiny house there..you are my kind of folks!! That first house looks awesome with the picture in the table, three windows upstairs, the tile backsplash. Love the light over the sink in the bathroom. Speaking of the Egress window for fire emergencies, it would be a great idea for the customer to get a fire extinguisher for the upstairs as well as the downstairs, and maybe have more time getting out if you use it to put out the fire from the loft, and an emergency ladder to put over the window and climb out if possible, so you are less likely to break any bones. I would get both an emergency ladder and fire extinguisher for the loft. On the 10 by 20 houses, I like the stucco on the walls, and the wood on the ceiling, it gives it a contrast. I would put the door on the side, and leave the wall space, and a bigger, longer picture window and more space to put a sofa, like the IKEA L-Shape Couch-Lounger. (Love that couch). Do like this floor plan, but would put a room behind it, for the "Mudroom", for pantry shelves, closet and washer / dryer. That would give you more room in the bathroom. Also, extend the loft over that mudroom and have more room up there too.

To make sure no one locks you in you put a padlock on the lock with the doors open so that it won’t be able to shut. I drive a 26 ft straight truck and regularly sleep in a hammock in the cargo area and one of my biggest fears at first was someone locking me in.
If we wanted the exact copy of the Amish home with all the same layout, trim, shelves, and exact appliances, would ITH be able to replicate this and order the same appliances with based on existing plans and spec sheet?

You can remove them, but don't have to. Best to make sure they are up off the ground a bit and covered.
