Stolen? Honestly, I think it's a little inspired but not "stolen." If it were stolen it would be an exact carbon copy, which doesn't happen here. This remix has a different production than the one you mention.

I'm very sure they remade 99.9% from scratch except the voice, with their own sound design. There are various professional orchestral plugins that will sound just like the instruments in the original. You are allowed to use the same melody and instruments from the original song as a base to form your own composition if it's a remix. That isn't stealing.
