Bro, we had the SAME dude do THREE car chases in the same day! They cite and release here. That's why there are so many, Unless they kill someone in the pursuit or go hands on with a 🐖 it works out like a basic traffic ticket.

A daily thing here in Kali, especially in LA County. Our pro criminal DA office and cashless bail reform. The criminal will be out in 48 hours. Our political elites love criminals over victims. Crime is like cancer. If left untreated, it will SPREAD and kill. Catch and release policies are not working out. Weakness breeds contempt. Bet the criminal has a prior criminal record.
