I am praying Ez 36:26 for my family. My dad is 91 and we just had a conversation yesterday, again, about salvation. I see the Lord working on his heart but he has his own ideas about declaring that he is saved. I explained to him what it means to be saved, and also told him that he can only do this the way God says to do it. He still points the finger way too much at Christians who don't seem to be walking the walk. 🙇🏽♀️👀👂🏽👆🏽💞
Christ WON'T say, "Well done thy good and SUCESSFUL servant." RATHER, the wording is, "Well done thy good and FAITHFUL servant." God won't judge us by how many souls we win, but how faithful we have been to witness - either by personal one-on-one witnessing, or simply by offering appropriate tracts to those we meet. Our job is not so much to win souls, but to witness so they can be saved. We may only win a few to the many we witness to, but we need to be faithful to witness, just the same. Of course we’d like to win souls every time we witness, but that’s not always the case. But we will be judged by our faithfulness to witness, regardless of the outcome. It's the Holy Spirit that wins them! God's Word will not return void! Sometimes we plant, but another reaps, but it's God that gets the increase!

It... What is 'it' ... The gospel isn't a thing or a book, the gospel is a person. We're to be John the Baptist and point the way to Jesus...a person. A relationship cannot be had with an argument, a book or a 'gospel' or a belief. He, God is a person, Jesus, fully embodied is still fully embodied. We've reduced the gospel to a set of beliefs or a book or a 'gospel'. We need to be clear what the gospel is.... It's not a sinners prayer. That didn't make you a follow of Jesus. Following and becoming like Jesus guys....

He may have mentioned that we 1st believe & are then saved and after we are saved out of gratitude for our salvation we then go out and work, work, work for the Kingdom of God, not the other way around.
There was a short time when I didn't know how to evangelize, but I so wanted to tell people the good news and it was heavy on my heart. I spent the majority of my time thinking I had to learn apologetics and combined that with a "God has a wonderful plan for your life and gives us ultimate meaning" esque message. Then a short time later in 2005, I went on a prayer walk on a nature trail at the end of my street and met a guy who was also on a prayer walk! We hit it off immediately and he shared with me some VHS tapes of this show called The Way of the Master, and the rest is history. I haven't been the same since!
It's difficult at times but the holy Spirit give us the words and when we get rolling we are as sharp as a razor. Today I had a man literally speed walk away from me and I only got as far as "what do you think about Jesus?" He became very angry and said"keep walking Buddy" I replied with "why does His name offend you" he basically fled from me. I think he was very demon opressed his reaction but he heard Jesus and as long as they hear His name they will think about it and possibly seek him that is our hope
Wow! Me too! I struggled in my walk with God for many years and one day just started taking prayer walks on nature trails. It's amazing how God will speak to your mind during a prayer walk!
@@austinw3492 I was LIVID when someone told me I couldn't get into heaven without believing in Jesus Christ! Took me less than 5 seconds to figure out he was telling me I was going to hell! But PRAISE GOD for this conversation! It put my 16 year old soul into such spiritual turmoil that I actually sought out a Christian woman I knew about to help answer my questions about Jesus, sin and hell. 25 years later and despite some major hurdles along the way, I am still madly in love with Jesus!

by the grace of God, I was used by Him to bring several of my friends to Christ. Then after several years, I backslide. But, by Gods' amazing grace and mercy, most of them are a believer of our Lord Jesus and God called me back. Thank you, Lord Jesus, thank you, Father.
“I can’t save anybody.” Learning this was such a relief. At times as believers we put pressure on ourselves to get people we witness to, to give their lives to Christ on the spot (this is the point where we rush them into saying the “prayer of salvation”), as if we get brownie points for each one. Thank God that HE gives the increase! We only need to faithfully plant and water seeds as He provides opportunity 😅
My pastor wants them to "pray this prayer" with him. When I was saved I was alone in my home with Billy Graham on TV. I prayed from my heart while I cried. I was so sorry for my sin's. I think it is better the person goes to a quiet place and has heartfelt confession and prayer of his own words. I knew I was soundly saved, even though I didn't understand what it was prior to it happening.

Romans 12:6a says "Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them." God has given different and unique gifts to everyone so a body of believers can use them together in harmony.
Tony T That’s half true. Most have to study and practice just to reach beginner level. But there are some who can pick it up and reach prodigy level in just a few months. Likewise, evangelism is listed among the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You might be interested in Stand to Reason. Greg Koukl say some are reapers but most of us are planters and gardeners.

She slammed it on my desk at work and said “my life already has purpose” That book infuriated her. I know I could have gone about that differently, but ultimately he’s the One that calls them. @HolyRoyal Princess, no :( She read the first chapter or maybe the first half of the first chapter and she basically threw it back in my face. We would talk every day at the lunch table together, and almost every day the table would go to politics or faith. She would say “How do you know there is a God. If you can prove it to me, I’ll believe.... I’m a science person, I believe in science and I like proof”. I would always tell her that all I could say is that I know he is real because I pray to Him everyday and I know he loves me and I just feel His presence at times when I am worshiping Him. She never excepted that. Who knows, maybe one day down the road. I still think about her and pray for her. I remember one day as she was passing by my classroom she said, “So do you believe I’m going to Hell?” I didn’t know how to respond, I said “ That’s not up to me and I don’t know, but I know that Jesus made a way and He wants you to know Him.” She said, “we’ll I guess you won’t see me one day up in Heaven while you are dancing around.” She was kind of kidding, but I started to cry.
@@mjc725 The amazing thing is that you still see her and you still have opportunities to share with her. She is still questioning you about faith and the afterlife. It's obvious that God is working on her heart. My suggestion would be to listen to and study more of Ray's video. Go on the website and get resources or download anything that may help you with this woman. One of the things that Ray says is that you can look at a building and know that there is a builder. Absolutely no doubt about it! It's the same with creation. You can look at creation and know that there is a Creator... All is not lost!! God loves this woman very much and does not want her to perish! Don't give up! If there is a question that she asks that you don't have an answer to, tell her to give you a little time and you will get back to her with an answer. Then take the time and research the answer. If you have the gift of evangelism it’s not scary. I feel like people see actual evangelists and think I need to be like them. It’s not everyone’s gift from God. We should all share the gospel but there are gifts so people shouldn’t try to force being an evangelist if that’s not your calling. Find your gift.
I believe that God is not limited, we are to and can evangelize. When you're progressing towards the kingdom, you begin to have the heart for souls. You get to see the world as it is and the vanity thereof and the love for souls and realising where they're heading to, that we'll drive you to speak to them. Evangelism is just sharing the testimony of who and what God has done for us. You don't need to study Greek or Jewish culture, you just share the Jesus that has loved you and loved them.
I believe it’s the book of Timothy I’m about to reference. The Bible says if we stay silent around those who are without Christ and they die and go to Hell, their blood is on our hands. Even in the Gospels there’s the story of the 3 men serving one master and he leaves them with gold while he is away. When the master comes back he punishes the one man who didn’t do anything to increase his gold, but instead hid it away from the world. I believe this is Jesus telling us that we need to share the incredible gift of salvation and increase Christ’s followers or be punished. We are ALL called to evangelize

I think God is speaking to me, I was literally reading true and false conversions from from living waters on Google like a couple minutes ago and now this video comes up.
Great reminder from the folks at Living Waters. Someone once told me, I need to stop keeping the mentality that every witnessing encounter is supposed to lead to salvation, nor feel like I failed if the person I witnessed to doesn't accept Christ. More often than not, people won't accept Christ right away, and it may require multiple watering encounters for the seed to start growing. Each witnessing encounter that doesn't lead to salvation is not wasted either. The initial planting of the seed, and the subsequent watering encounters (that don't lead to salvation), are just as important as the encounter somewhere down the road that **does lead to salvation. We are ultimately just the messenger, and God will honour our obedience to get the gospel out, rather than "successful" evangelism attempts that outright result in salvation.
So thankful you were sensitive to the Holy Spirits leading on the young man's struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts. God used you in a might way!!
I asked the Lord to have someone speak to my father about God. He said " this man kept following me around the store telling me about God. ... he wouldn't leave me alone.". Salvation is of God - appreciate you speaking about it.
I grew up in a religious cult in the 70's and early 80's (basically Christian, but also hippified Communism mixed in with some Authoritarianism on top), and I grew to hate religion. I don't think I ever hated God, but maybe I did. Anyway, fast forward 40ish years. Watching Ray's videos opened my eyes and made it seem so much more simple than I ever imagined. I've always had the knowledge, read the Bible cover to cover, and knew the 'rules' so to speak. But I desperately did NOT want to be anything like those people I grew up with, including my dad. So I've been a staunch agnostic for most of my life. That has recently changed. I feel like a new Christian, but it's so different from what I thought I knew. I see now that God has always been working in my life, and even moreso now. It is so humbling that I could literally weep at any time (whether from joy or shame I'm not sure, but it's powerful). I don't have anyone to talk to about it because I don't even understand it myself. I had to share it somewhere so here I am. Like I said, I've always known (and hated) 'religion', but I've never experienced the personal relationship before and it is now developing in me and it's beautiful. Thank you for doing what you do. It really does change lives, and not just the ones you see on camera. With this new world we find ourselves in, I don't think it has ever been more pertinent. Repent, actively turn away from sin, and have faith in God's grace. That's my path now. Prayer is different too! Growing up, we were taught to ask God for things we want. Everything really. Now I feel that is wrong. The only thing I ask Him for is to show me the right way. Mostly, it's all about thanking Him for all He has done throughout my life. Especially right now.

The gospel can never be silenced. Everything that's spoken by anyone is something that has already been shared through the word of God to one degree or another. Everything we might say is something that has already been spoken to life in the living Word.
“God is faithful, but He's also fruitful. Ya know, we're not called to be fruitful [talking about making fruit grow in others in evangelism], we're called to be faithful [to plant the seed].”
I’ve actually learned how easy it is to share the Gospel through your ministry. I remember how freeing it was when I didn’t have to have “converts” as fruit. That God does the work. All I had to do is give the word in season and out. My problem is judging what comes to me when Holy Spirit gives inspiration. Any help on the matter would be great. Hate my reluctance to speak boldly. Grrr this flesh!

I have been guilty of that too bro Ray. And when I was first saved I was so persistent with telling my friends they needed the Lord and they didn't understand. They called me crazy and told me to leave them alone and never talk to them again. I didnt understand what happened.
During 16 years of DRIVING TAXIS in SYDNEY, I had more BABIES born in my TAXI than I can remember - "born again" babies. I played gospel tapes continually, to which I'd get all kinds of reactions. Often, I had the opportunity to witness and pray with my passenger/s. I don't believe in false converts. I believe that if that person was sincere in their prayer, Jesus is faithful and will perfect that which he began. Our job is to deliver the baby, not to say, "Oh, this baby might not live up to expectations, so I better not pray the sinner's prayer with them." The life is in the seed - Jesus! And they way to plant that seed is through prayer - by asking Jesus to come into our heart!
False converts do exist though. People who think they know God but in fact do not. Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’ So it is possible for someone to pray a prayer but not really fully give their life to God and trust him as their Savior. Now we know this to be true but this does not remove our desire and drive to bring people to Jesus. In fact this makes us share the gospel correctly and tell them that they must fully surrender to God. We should tell people to pray the sinners prayer to come to God, but with an honest and sincere heart and warn them that their faith is not guaranteed just because they said a prayer, for many will say on that day that they prayed a prayer, but Jesus will turn them away since they never truly new him. And I am not saying that people work their way to salvation, but that true faith will spring forth fruit and will be more than just a prayer said 30 years before you stand before God. But aside from that, I am greatly encouraged to hear of your work sharing the gospel to people in Sidney! And I encourage you to continue to strive for the expansion of the kingdom of God through the news of Jesus crucified for sinners. Grace and peace.

Good he listened to the prompting of his Spirit-filled wife. Psalm 9 the Lord tells us we will be filled with joy and tell of all the marvelous things He has done. P.S.- took me forever to figure out I was just a laborer in the field and not, well, you know, the catalyst for salvation. I was just positive I could figure out a magic combination of tones, words, inflections, words, brilliant arguments, etc that would click that light on in someone's soul. Melodramatics aside, it's true, I spend a long time trying to convince people and felt liberated when I realized that was God's job, not mine. PRAYER PRAYER PRAYER, God does the saving. The reason people aren't getting saved is because we are not filled with the Holy Spirit. We need to be in continual, Spirit led fervent prayer. SALVATION IS OF THE LORD, beg Him to work!
I am not the kind of person who approach strangers ... But I feel like there times when chances are widely opened to talk about the gospel to other people when they just come to me and talk about life... It's just I often fear of they reject it when I am mentioning Jesus. Anyway after watching Mr.Comfort and teams videos I have the picture of what people really think in their mind and we should not assume ... pray for more love and just take the chance to share when it comes to you!

Remember, God Himself was evangelizing, calling people to repentance in the old and new Testament... God Himself was speaking over and over again, yet people still didn't repent. It's not up to us. God already knows who will be saved and who won't.
Agree with Ray 100%. Those who come to Christ for a better, happier life - by the standards of this world - will be very disappointed. In this world we will have trials but be of good cheer, for He has overcome the world. It's one promise that is not really mentioned in typical evangelism

Some parents who faithfully prayed for their child/ren for decades never got to see him/them converted during their lifetime.. But after their death the child/ren got converted. And one day they will see each other in glory for eternity..

All we can do is stay faithful and plant seeds of The Gospel in other people's heart and Trust that God will water them so that they can grow closer and stronger to Him! Our ways are not His ways and our thoughts are not His thoughts!
I just made a discovery: I go to share the gospel and it used to seem like they're just rolling their eyes as if to say "not another christian with Jesus again!" but with this video I discovered that with these kinds of people, they are HARD ROCKY ground that takes ALOT of preparation, tilling, ploughing to THEN sow the seeds. Theres a reason why our Lord Jesus uses cultivation parables and language, it takes time, care, preparation and growth and more care. and only GOD can bring the increase. With this new discorery I' cant wait for my next person to roll their eyes at me :-D

I remember the first time I heard ray comfort and Kirk Cameron. I was so mad at you guys. What do you mean I can't Save my self? There's only one way to God? I thought you guys where fools, but you had started a domino effect in my life that would lead to my salvation. My point, the seed you plant is real, and you cant see beyond the surface. Things can look bleak, but just beneath the surface God is creating a miracle.
Yes your right but we do NOT know whobis serious , who will be serious later down the road and who will never take it seriously so its our job to share the message (plant the seed) and its up to them to decide whether they will take it seriously and more importantly wether or not that the seed will produce fruit or not but because we cant know this for any one it is up to us to share the gospel with everyone.... It... What is 'it' ... The gospel isn't a thing or a book, the gospel is a person. We're to be John the Baptist and point the way to Jesus...a person. A relationship cannot be had with an argument, a book or a 'gospel' or a belief. He, God is a person, Jesus, fully embodied is still fully embodied. We've reduced the gospel to a set of beliefs or a book or a 'gospel'. We need to be clear what the gospel is.... It's not a sinners prayer. That didn't make you a follow of Jesus. Following and becoming like Jesus guys....

I think you may have misunderstood something he said. Ray doesn't believe in works based salvation. He may have mentioned that we 1st believe & are then saved and after we are saved out of gratitude for our salvation we then go out and work, work, work for the Kingdom of God, not the other way around.

There was a short time when I didn't know how to evangelize, but I so wanted to tell people the good news and it was heavy on my heart. I spent the majority of my time thinking I had to learn apologetics and combined that with a "God has a wonderful plan for your life and gives us ultimate meaning" esque message. Then a short time later in 2005, I went on a prayer walk on a nature trail at the end of my street and met a guy who was also on a prayer walk! We hit it off immediately and he shared with me some VHS tapes of this show called The Way of the Master, and the rest is history. I haven't been the same since!
It's difficult at times but the holy Spirit give us the words and when we get rolling we are as sharp as a razor. Today I had a man literally speed walk away from me and I only got as far as "what do you think about Jesus?" He became very angry and said"keep walking Buddy" I replied with "why does His name offend you" he basically fled from me. I think he was very demon opressed his reaction but he heard Jesus and as long as they hear His name they will think about it and possibly seek him that is our hope
Wow! Me too! I struggled in my walk with God for many years and one day just started taking prayer walks on nature trails. It's amazing how God will speak to your mind during a prayer walk!
@@austinw3492 I was LIVID when someone told me I couldn't get into heaven without believing in Jesus Christ! Took me less than 5 seconds to figure out he was telling me I was going to hell! But PRAISE GOD for this conversation! It put my 16 year old soul into such spiritual turmoil that I actually sought out a Christian woman I knew about to help answer my questions about Jesus, sin and hell. 25 years later and despite some major hurdles along the way, I am still madly in love with Jesus!

by the grace of God, I was used by Him to bring several of my friends to Christ. Then after several years, I backslide. But, by Gods' amazing grace and mercy, most of them are a believer of our Lord Jesus and God called me back. Thank you, Lord Jesus, thank you, Father.
“I can’t save anybody.” Learning this was such a relief. At times as believers we put pressure on ourselves to get people we witness to, to give their lives to Christ on the spot (this is the point where we rush them into saying the “prayer of salvation”), as if we get brownie points for each one. Thank God that HE gives the increase! We only need to faithfully plant and water seeds as He provides opportunity 😅

When I was saved I was alone in my home with Billy Graham on TV. I prayed from my heart while I cried. I was so sorry for my sin's.
I think it is better the person goes to a quiet place and has heartfelt confession and prayer of his own words.

Not everybody does what Ray is gifted to do,Each has different gifts, its finding yours.
Lori lee Hastings soul winning comes more naturally to some rather than others (some just find it easier to talk to people, others are introverted) however we are all called to spread the Gospel. “Go ye into all the world...” is a command for all children of God, not only those who think it is their spiritual gift.
A guitar player doesn't have "the gift" of playing a guitar. He has to first pick it up and learn the cords and then practice, diligently. The same is true for evangelism.
People think everyone are Evangelists like Ray. We all should share in some way but we all don't have this same gift. Everyone needs to learn there's.

Romans 12:6a says "Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them." God has given different and unique gifts to everyone so a body of believers can use them together in harmony.

Likewise, evangelism is listed among the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You might be interested in Stand to Reason. Greg Koukl say some are reapers but most of us are planters and gardeners.

@HolyRoyal Princess, no :( She read the first chapter or maybe the first half of the first chapter and she basically threw it back in my face. We would talk every day at the lunch table together, and almost every day the table would go to politics or faith. She would say “How do you know there is a God. If you can prove it to me, I’ll believe.... I’m a science person, I believe in science and I like proof”.
I would always tell her that all I could say is that I know he is real because I pray to Him everyday and I know he loves me and I just feel His presence at times when I am worshiping Him.
She never excepted that. Who knows, maybe one day down the road. I still think about her and pray for her.
I remember one day as she was passing by my classroom she said, “So do you believe I’m going to Hell?” I didn’t know how to respond, I said “ That’s not up to me and I don’t know, but I know that Jesus made a way and He wants you to know Him.” She said, “we’ll I guess you won’t see me one day up in Heaven while you are dancing around.” She was kind of kidding, but I started to cry.

The amazing thing is that you still see her and you still have opportunities to share with her. She is still questioning you about faith and the afterlife. It's obvious that God is working on her heart. My suggestion would be to listen to and study more of Ray's video. Go on the website and get resources or download anything that may help you with this woman.
One of the things that Ray says is that you can look at a building and know that there is a builder. Absolutely no doubt about it! It's the same with creation. You can look at creation and know that there is a Creator... All is not lost!! God loves this woman very much and does not want her to perish! Don't give up! If there is a question that she asks that you don't have an answer to, tell her to give you a little time and you will get back to her with an answer. Then take the time and research the answer. If you have the gift of evangelism it’s not scary. I feel like people see actual evangelists and think I need to be like them. It’s not everyone’s gift from God. We should all share the gospel but there are gifts so people shouldn’t try to force being an evangelist if that’s not your calling. Find your gift.

I believe that God is not limited, we are to and can evangelize. When you're progressing towards the kingdom, you begin to have the heart for souls. You get to see the world as it is and the vanity thereof and the love for souls and realising where they're heading to, that we'll drive you to speak to them. Evangelism is just sharing the testimony of who and what God has done for us. You don't need to study Greek or Jewish culture, you just share the Jesus that has loved you and loved them.
I believe it’s the book of Timothy I’m about to reference.
The Bible says if we stay silent around those who are without Christ and they die and go to Hell, their blood is on our hands.
Even in the Gospels there’s the story of the 3 men serving one master and he leaves them with gold while he is away. When the master comes back he punishes the one man who didn’t do anything to increase his gold, but instead hid it away from the world.
I believe this is Jesus telling us that we need to share the incredible gift of salvation and increase Christ’s followers or be punished.

Great reminder from the folks at Living Waters. Someone once told me, I need to stop keeping the mentality that every witnessing encounter is supposed to lead to salvation, nor feel like I failed if the person I witnessed to doesn't accept Christ. More often than not, people won't accept Christ right away, and it may require multiple watering encounters for the seed to start growing. Each witnessing encounter that doesn't lead to salvation is not wasted either. The initial planting of the seed, and the subsequent watering encounters (that don't lead to salvation), are just as important as the encounter somewhere down the road that **does lead to salvation. We are ultimately just the messenger, and God will honour our obedience to get the gospel out, rather than "successful" evangelism attempts that outright result in salvation.
So thankful you were sensitive to the Holy Spirits leading on the young man's struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts. God used you in a might way!!
I asked the Lord to have someone speak to my father about God. He said " this man kept following me around the store telling me about God. ... he wouldn't leave me alone.". Salvation is of God - appreciate you speaking about it.
I grew up in a religious cult in the 70's and early 80's (basically Christian, but also hippified Communism mixed in with some Authoritarianism on top), and I grew to hate religion. I don't think I ever hated God, but maybe I did. Anyway, fast forward 40ish years. Watching Ray's videos opened my eyes and made it seem so much more simple than I ever imagined. I've always had the knowledge, read the Bible cover to cover, and knew the 'rules' so to speak. But I desperately did NOT want to be anything like those people I grew up with, including my dad. So I've been a staunch agnostic for most of my life. That has recently changed. I feel like a new Christian, but it's so different from what I thought I knew. I see now that God has always been working in my life, and even moreso now. It is so humbling that I could literally weep at any time (whether from joy or shame I'm not sure, but it's powerful). I don't have anyone to talk to about it because I don't even understand it myself. I had to share it somewhere so here I am. Like I said, I've always known (and hated) 'religion', but I've never experienced the personal relationship before and it is now developing in me and it's beautiful. Thank you for doing what you do. It really does change lives, and not just the ones you see on camera. With this new world we find ourselves in, I don't think it has ever been more pertinent. Repent, actively turn away from sin, and have faith in God's grace. That's my path now. Prayer is different too! Growing up, we were taught to ask God for things we want. Everything really. Now I feel that is wrong. The only thing I ask Him for is to show me the right way. Mostly, it's all about thanking Him for all He has done throughout my life. Especially right now.

The gospel can never be silenced. Everything that's spoken by anyone is something that has already been shared through the word of God to one degree or another. Everything we might say is something that has already been spoken to life in the living Word.

I’ve actually learned how easy it is to share the Gospel through your ministry. I remember how freeing it was when I didn’t have to have “converts” as fruit. That God does the work. All I had to do is give the word in season and out. My problem is judging what comes to me when Holy Spirit gives inspiration. Any help on the matter would be great. Hate my reluctance to speak boldly. Grrr this flesh!

I have been guilty of that too bro Ray. And when I was first saved I was so persistent with telling my friends they needed the Lord and they didn't understand. They called me crazy and told me to leave them alone and never talk to them again. I didnt understand what happened.
During 16 years of DRIVING TAXIS in SYDNEY, I had more BABIES born in my TAXI than I can remember - "born again" babies. I played gospel tapes continually, to which I'd get all kinds of reactions. Often, I had the opportunity to witness and pray with my passenger/s. I don't believe in false converts. I believe that if that person was sincere in their prayer, Jesus is faithful and will perfect that which he began. Our job is to deliver the baby, not to say, "Oh, this baby might not live up to expectations, so I better not pray the sinner's prayer with them." The life is in the seed - Jesus! And they way to plant that seed is through prayer - by asking Jesus to come into our heart!
False converts do exist though. People who think they know God but in fact do not. Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’ So it is possible for someone to pray a prayer but not really fully give their life to God and trust him as their Savior. Now we know this to be true but this does not remove our desire and drive to bring people to Jesus. In fact this makes us share the gospel correctly and tell them that they must fully surrender to God. We should tell people to pray the sinners prayer to come to God, but with an honest and sincere heart and warn them that their faith is not guaranteed just because they said a prayer, for many will say on that day that they prayed a prayer, but Jesus will turn them away since they never truly new him. And I am not saying that people work their way to salvation, but that true faith will spring forth fruit and will be more than just a prayer said 30 years before you stand before God.
But aside from that, I am greatly encouraged to hear of your work sharing the gospel to people in Sidney! And I encourage you to continue to strive for the expansion of the kingdom of God through the news of Jesus crucified for sinners. Grace and peace.

Mark Spence had so much great to say. These incredible Godincidences like what happened in Kauai is truly walking by the Holy Spirit always. Good he listened to the prompting of his Spirit-filled wife. Psalm 9 the Lord tells us we will be filled with joy and tell of all the marvelous things He has done. No one shared the gospel with me, but the Father started speaking to me on June 28, 2004. Thank you Jesus!! To God be the glory.

P.S.- took me forever to figure out I was just a laborer in the field and not, well, you know, the catalyst for salvation. I was just positive I could figure out a magic combination of tones, words, inflections, words, brilliant arguments, etc that would click that light on in someone's soul. Melodramatics aside, it's true, I spend a long time trying to convince people and felt liberated when I realized that was God's job, not mine. My job is to faithfully explain the law of God and proclaim the good news. ☺

PRAYER PRAYER PRAYER, God does the saving. The reason people aren't getting saved is because we are not filled with the Holy Spirit. We need to be in continual, Spirit led fervent prayer. SALVATION IS OF THE LORD, beg Him to work!
I am not the kind of person who approach strangers ...
But I feel like there times when chances are widely opened to talk about the gospel to other people when they just come to me and talk about life...
It's just I often fear of they reject it when I am mentioning Jesus.

Agree with Ray 100%. Those who come to Christ for a better, happier life - by the standards of this world - will be very disappointed. In this world we will have trials but be of good cheer, for He has overcome the world. It's one promise that is not really mentioned in typical evangelism

Some parents who faithfully prayed for their child/ren for decades never got to see him/them converted during their lifetime.. But after their death the child/ren got converted. And one day they will see each other in glory for eternity..

I just made a discovery: I go to share the gospel and it used to seem like they're just rolling their eyes as if to say "not another christian with Jesus again!" but with this video I discovered that with these kinds of people, they are HARD ROCKY ground that takes ALOT of preparation, tilling, ploughing to THEN sow the seeds.
Theres a reason why our Lord Jesus uses cultivation parables and language, it takes time, care, preparation and growth and more care. and only GOD can bring the increase.
With this new discorery I' cant wait for my next person to roll their eyes at me :-D

I remember the first time I heard ray comfort and Kirk Cameron. I was so mad at you guys. What do you mean I can't Save my self? There's only one way to God? I thought you guys where fools, but you had started a domino effect in my life that would lead to my salvation. My point, the seed you plant is real, and you cant see beyond the surface. Things can look bleak, but just beneath the surface God is creating a miracle.

Yes your right but we do NOT know whobis serious , who will be serious later down the road and who will never take it seriously so its our job to share the message (plant the seed) and its up to them to decide whether they will take it seriously and more importantly wether or not that the seed will produce fruit or not but because we cant know this for any one it is up to us to share the gospel with everyone....
