Just checked out some of your videos. You're doing really well for a beginner! Keep practicing and don't give up on making music. A lot of stuff you will learn later by hearing. I appreciate it bro! Sure I will learn more about music production. But one big problem is, I only have one working ear so I can't listen to any songs in stereo. Do you have any tips for that?
@@azkielremake I guess the only thing that comes to mind is mixing in mono. It is a known technique usually used how the song will sound on different devices and to check for phase issues (you will learn this later), but it could help you in this case. Basically on the master channel you add a Fruity Stereo Enhancer and turn the Stereo Sep knob all the way to the right and then you tweak your EQs etc. Don't forget to remove the Enhancer when you export. For mixing stereo I would recommend using visual tools like Ozone Imager (free), which has a stereo field visualisation. With some tutorials, you should be able to "see~" how it's supposed to be. I'm sorry for your condition. I'm gonna be honest with you, you may have a hard time mixing. Although every once in a while I see an article about how a person with disabilities got to the top, so who knows 💁
I think I should learn more about phase issue, bcs I always mixing in mono and check if there any phase issue with Ozone Imager. I usually put all the panning in the center and then tweak based on that "cheatsheet" I found on the internet. I also try to learn about phase issue but still can't hear the difference between 0 and +1
