Today i made my first 25M under water💪💪💪
Yeahhhhhhhhh
Nice
Cool!
Me, watching this knowing damn well that I won't swim 25m underwater in the next couple of decades. :)
If you focus on aquiring the necessary skills it can go fast. Why not next week already?
I know one person who was able to swim 25m underwater just after learning swimming in 1 month i mean how
You can do it , I did it from not even able to hold breath for 10 sec on my first day to going 25 meters in 3 week and holding breath while still in the water for 1:30-2 mins.
@@sastashroud7646 Me too I also did it in 3-3.5 weeks.
@@vinayaklal8074 howww it took me 1 year of work to do 25m underwater maybe I was doing something wrong
So that’s how you stay down… as soon as I go down it immediately brings me back up. Gonna try this angling down at all times technique
Sameee as soon as I go down It brings me back up 🙂. Did you find the trick?
Same here
The thing is y'all are inhaling too much before going down, you should go down with little air in your lungs, not filled to the top. I personally dive after exhaling.
Did it last night at the swimming pool. It's all about the technique. Well, the mindset too. :)
We always have to do this for passig the lifeguard certification. When you often do this and you have some experience then it is easy. It is especially a thing of your mind. Diving like that is a psychological game you have to win.
Ngl this voice is very relaxing and Idk the word😂😂😂
🙏
I'm so happy I made my first 25 m today 🎉🎉
Amazing well done and keep it up
Great info. Thank you
welcome ✌️
Very detailed, helpful visual demostration. I will practice this
I dont know if i invented a new technique but I can swim across the swimming pool underwater twice as fast as that. Push off arms forward then move back and paddle arms and legs facing back
please watch my video HOW TO DNF (no fins freediving)
Should we avoid taking in a big breath to avoid floating to the surface too soon?
No. Take a big breath. If you technique is good enough you'll stay underwater. Sure with weights it will be easier, but you don't have to
It’s much easier with empty lungs.
Your tecnick of swimming is very good and it is easy also
thanks. 🙏
I bring myself up to the water every time I try
the right technique will keep you down
Always look at the bottom of the pool , and when you know your near the other end, surface.
I can swim 25m underwater the whole way fairly easily
nice
I practiced myself from going even 6 meters(low lung capacity at that time) to 25 mts same this way but I also use my legs little bit while gliding.
Nice song
yeah 💥
Good tecnic!!☝️☝️☝️
🙏
I can’t keep a forward momentum when putting my hands over my head and kicking transition. Can you give me some tips on what I’m doing wrong?
practise without wetsuit and without weights and learn to feel the water
Thank you for information 😊
I enjoy all your videos 🏊♂️ ☝️
thanks
I have to do this for PJ candidate selection
How did it go??
Awesome
Jesús Loves you all so much ❤
I did it today with empty lungs. Much easier. I feel stoked!
How can i prevent blackout when im Solo diving in my Local swimmung pool
Did it! 💨
I did it its easy
nice ✌️
Great
🙏🙏🙏
This is so helping but I still struggle with the drag once I finish the arm stroke and start to kick. Any tips for fixing this?
I watching you all the time to see how to swim and how to get no weights? Like you
Idk why but swimming 25m underwater feels sooo easy.. 🙃
Exelent
thanks
That's 82.02 feet for people who use the proper measurements.
Do we need to inhale breath or exhale while going down?
inhale then go down. it might be more difficult to stay down wirh full lungs, but as a beginner you need fill lungs. partially empty lungs is for advanced divers only
I find arms infront and kicking takes a lot of effort and little gain compared to just arm , I want to do 50m but I burn up just after 25 and I find it harder if I fill my lungs up a lot
@@tomroose7733 Bad advice, never hyperventilate before diving, you would not be able to tell when you need to catch a breath
I'm half way now... Maybe it takes a few days of practice...
Is this a fulllllll breath or like full or half full?
While we go underwater should we release our breath. If I hold breath i come up immediately
Can you explain
please search for GERT LEROY HOW TO SINK TO THE BOTTOM OF A POOL
is it normal for your head to hurt when you do that for the first time?
if something hurts it's because of tension and tension is stress. you need to learn to relax
Dont you use a neck weights. Thanks
If technique is good enough you dont need to. I advice everyone to learn this without weights
@@gertleroy Like yours videos. I'm ex dive instructor, and last few years love free diving, particulary sperfishing, but living 600km of shore so yours videos help me training apnea in pool..thanks.
I did 45m lately
Great 👍
Tomorrow I’m hoping to swim

I made it!!!
🙏🙏🙏🙏
@@gertleroy I made it without eye protection or nouse, i opened my eyes underwater
@@locorimax you're a fish
@@gertleroy thank you sir
@@locorimaxI’m trying to do this!
That looks like a fish doing it's routine seamlessly

I thought this was a video about swimming 25 metres under water
it is. maybe it's not what you expected, but that doesn't mean it's not what it is
Anyone making that 25M WITHOUT kicking off of the wall?
Why no wall when ALL of the people at my pool do it?
Show me the wall in a lake, river or any other body of water...don't worry, I'll wait...
It's not about impressing people and putting up numbers, it's about truly being competent while in water.
Help I need to do 50 meters underwater
My wt is 95 kgs. When I'm trying to go underwater i just bounce back above water. Unable to stay under water at least few secs. Only once pushing frm wall i glide a certain area n then bounce above water pls help
buoyancy depends heavily on body composition. Loose fat and you'll be less buoyant.
I did 10m underwater with bronchitis, I believe in y’all 😂
I get tired easily
haha train more
Today i had 17 meters
good
Umm bro ur not totally underwater. Ur chest. Should be just. Above the ground and if we do it in the way u told it can work. Too
nor sure what you're trying to say here. you can swim at whatever height you prefer. the deeper, the more negatively buoyant so if you're not wearing weights, swimming deeper might help
🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️🙂🙂🙂
25M is too much
with good technique it's possible
Nope Nope 😢
Guys I am going to a swimming pool i think so
