      My bad yes I didn’t mention 250c takes 12 to 15 min you need more color bake more ✌🏼

    I’m a beginner….please share how to know when bulk fermentation is done? How to know when proofing is done??

    Can you please share the oven baking temp?

      Sure best to make baguette is highest temp for home kitchens oven 250 c with steam and the fan on you will get the best result

      If after first 10 min can reduce to 230 if it’s too brown and bake for another 10 minutes

      In your video you say to bake 15 minutes with steam and 15 minutes without steam but in the comments you answered 250 Celsius. If after 10 minutes it’s too brown you can reduce to 230 celsius for additional 10 minutes.
      So it’s a total of 30 minutes versus 20 minutes. Can you clarify?? Thank you.

      That’s a very good question and sorry for confusion recently i found the best baking method to bake baguette at home I bake it without steam and with the fan on if your oven gets to hot 230c with the fan on 12 to 14 min you can spray little water or use few pieces of ice but no need that much of steam. This is to achieve a very light with super crust and scoring really matters check this one out
