That’s a very good question and sorry for confusion recently i found the best baking method to bake baguette at home I bake it without steam and with the fan on if your oven gets to hot 230c with the fan on 12 to 14 min you can spray little water or use few pieces of ice but no need that much of steam. My bad yes I didn’t mention 250c takes 12 to 15 min you need more color bake more ✌🏼

Sure best to make baguette is highest temp for home kitchens oven 250 c with steam and the fan on you will get the best result
