    Thanks for this video... I am on my weight loss journey... I lost almost 14 kg in 8 months after doing walking exercises and intermittent fasting.. But in between I took almost 2.5 months break after becoming covid positive. But now started doing my exercise and thankfully I watched this video of jumping jacks and I could do 350 on first day it self... I want to loose around 10 to 12 kgs in 3 months 🥰🥰

    I am getting ankle pain every time after this exercise.. could you please suggest something over it? And what may the reason for this??
    Does any special kind of shoes or mat needed for jumping jacks??
    I tried to rest for few days .. then again i started, and am gettinu this pain again.. please help me

      You need to use good sports shoes while doing this excercise. And if you are a beginner don't try to do 1000.. just try some leg exercises for beginners and improve your leg muscles and the try this after a month.
