Yes you are correct.The reason why they used backup vocals because they are not yet used to sing this song coz it's new and this performance is impromptu.They are not prepared to sing this song ,they are supposed to only sing I want you but on set they added ilaw.
SB19 played my emotions really hard here from soulful ilaw to hilarious freedom wth playing while performing how they did that? they're undeniably amazing. Vocals are top notch.
