I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia while studying at 41. This was when I realised that so many of the difficulties that I were part of my Dyspraxia. I didn’t know about that my shoes wearing down on 1 side was part of it, it’s more pronounced on my right than left. I was also diagnosed with ADHD when I was 45.

Discovering and understanding your diagnoses of Dyspraxia and ADHD later in life must have been enlightening yet challenging. Recognising the connections between various difficulties and their association with Dyspraxia is a crucial step in managing and coping with the condition. Anyone ever have to explain why you fell off the ground?

haha, It's not uncommon for individuals with dyspraxia to experience challenges with balance and coordination, which might lead to situations where they appear to stumble or fall unexpectedly. Explaining such occurrences can indeed be frustrating at times.
