- a few weeks ago a hacker stole my battle.net account and changed all my data and played all night while I was sleeping, the next day when I noticed this I solved it together with a battle.net operator who returned my account to me and together with him we secured it, then I changed the password of the activision account for security, but last night I was permanently banned from activision, I appealed to the ban and they told me that at the time of the violation I was in possession of my account, but this is impossible since I never made use of cheats, moreover yesterday until I was waiting for the results of the appeal I tried to play with another account at warzone and I discovered that I was also shadowbanned ... in practice from my pc I can no longer play warzone, I spent a lot of money on my account between game and in-game purchases .. I need help

Did you ever get this fixed, I'm casual player, absolete rubbish at the game, then today I find I get banned for "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" WTF, I don't have any unauthorised software unless they don't like things like Fortnite being on the same PC. Would a hacker or cheater have a kill ratio of 0.5!! It's insane that I can get banned and there is no way to really find out what they think I've done, no one to speak to, no evidence presented to tell you why, no ability to discuss or dispute, their decision is final. The worrying lesson is how easy it is to get cancelled in this online world with no recourse to properly appeal, as more stuff goes online more of this stuff can happen, it's actually a wake up call about how not to rely on anything online for these big faceless corporates who can wipe you out at a press of a button, you a so small that you are like a speck of dirt on their shoe.
I solved it two weeks ago, support did checks on my account for a month and then they realized that my account was stolen from me when using cheat, so after much clarification with the support they unbanned me the account, I had to show a lot of data and a lot of facts that "proved my innocence"
@@LayRowYT I have managed to open a case, hopefully I'll get some progress on getting the ban removed, I haven't cheated so pretty amazed I ca n suddenly get banned like this.

Note that decisions made as part of a ban process are considered final. Please refer to the in-game message related to the ban."
None of this makes any sense to me, I got the warzone report and my stats are awful, why would I get a ban!

i tried it yesterday but they didn't let me reply, i'm trying other ways but i don't think they'll give me the chance, i'm thinking of downloading more games but i'm a cod fan for years .. it's a hard blow
