I had the Astatic 575M6 and the Piezo DX-357 wired on my MarkV Field. I used mine on CB Bands but never touched any of the Potis inside. This Flagship was perfectly aligned out of the Box. The Mark V Field is rated a 100W TRX but they all do way over 100W output. I sold it cuz with the aging Process of these excellent Radios Replace Parts are hard to find. And if there is People who having these Parts for sale they charge you Arms and Legs for the Display Unit and the Philips Mosfet BLF-147 Finals which are 2 known Issues with this beautiful Radio
I have 2 K-PO mics from you and love them on several 10-12 meter radios. I also have a FT991A that I'd like to pair with that mic. Can you PM me if you can do it for me
I think they sound excellent versus anything else on the market for CB microphones. I'm not much for wiring them to the RJ45 type connectors. I would recommend getting a pigtail adapter that allows you to use standard Cobra/ Uniden and then you can use the four pin K-PO NM532.
prettiest boat anchor i ever laid eyes on
It's finding itself a new home soon.

Run Forest, run away from that one. You don't want to marry that radio.

No problem 👍
Hi sir, good thing I saw this video for I have a question. Is it okay to to use a Turner Super Sidekick on an HF rig or perhaps a VHF?
I'm sure you could use one if you wired it up properly.
