    At 2:29 when Rumble Johnson told Jon Jones " I know we didn't give the fans the fight they wanted but maybe IN THE NEXT LIFE" is sad because he had to know he was not going to get any better and his end was near. While he was still winning fights in the ring, he was losing the fight for his life, and he knew back then his life was coming to an end, but he still kept it a secret and managed to keep a smile on his face while performing at the top level. He will never be forgotten not just by the mma community but by anyone who was lucky enough to know him or watch him preform. R.I.P Anthony Kewoa Johnson aka Rumble Johnson

    I know weight bullies won't want to hear this... But if you wanted to be absolutely fair in professional fighting, you should have to weigh 30 minutes before your walk out and after the fight to make sure you're at the agreed/sanctioned weight. If I'm fighting you at the agreed 170lb and when we're in the ring you're 225lb, that's not fair at all. So if you want to be a weight bully and cut 35lbs, cool, do it... But you have to be in the ring as the agreed weight.
    It would stop A TON of injuries by forcing ppl to stop super dehydrating themselves.

    • @NotaGabeItch
      @NotaGabeItch Месяц назад

      So you expect fighters to do weight cuts up until the moment the walkout to the octagon? Thats just a recipe for disaster, expecting fighters coming out to fight in the midst of a weight cut. Everyone’s weight fluctuates differently. It’s clear that you don’t care about fighter safety, you just care about fighters fighting more evenly fair on a playing field. Boxing has it the worse, where fighters can have hydration clauses, forcing fighters to not blow back up on fight night, which drains the hell out of them for fight night. An infamous strategy that Tank Davis’ team had in written on Ryan Garcia’s contract.
      If you want it to be on a more even playing field, there should be more weight classes in the UFC. Some fighters struggle to make weight in their current weight class, but can’t move up in weight because they are too small for the division above them.

    • @thecryptkeeper5
      @thecryptkeeper5 Месяц назад +1

      @@NotaGabeItch The point is to make it so you just fight at a natural weight. Stop cutting weight and fight at your weight. problem solved. If they can get their weight to a certain number to do their bulk cut they can just fight at that number and not do the bulk cut for weigh ins. Its just that simple.

    MMA fighters, too many of them, think that because they are elite fighters, they can start fights anywhere at any time OUTSIDE of the ring or cage.
    Brothers and sisters -- THERE ARE NO RULES outside of the cage or ring. Your fists are NO GOOD vs weapons.
    Your black belt in jujitsu, your wrestling, your left hook...
    ALL THAT STUFF is useless vs a lot of things in this world that can be used to change your religion or end your life once and for all
    Don't start fights and don't get into fights outside the cage or sanctioned events.
    That small dude you see ,and you think you can easily stomp him... he may have something to get you to act right in a blink of an eye.
    You never know what you up against or you don't know if they are coming back for you with revenge to shut your lights out for good.
    This STILL HAPPENS too many times here in Brazil.
    Don't repeat history by ignoring it.

      @@The-Black-Militant lol it applies. I've seen it from both sides of the street. I was homeless and then later in life worked with the homeless as a social worker/counselor.

      Many of these dudes come from that same upbringing, drug abuse, alcoholism. They chose to not be a victim and just do nothing. Perhaps join a gym to see for yourself before casting stones.

      @@brunoparada7404 Ive done my share of martial arts training. You mistook my comment as a.criticism of the fighters, I'm criticizing the phenomenon I see of people who seem to worship and apply some sort of greater importance on the lives and opinions of celebrities. It's something that I have always found bizarre, even from a young age. I remember kids I went to highschool with cutting themselves when Kurt Cobain died, it was stupid to me then and I still find it odd to this day. Don't worry about my opinion either though because I'm just a cynical old punk who is trying to be an amateur comedian and thinks everything is dumb😊

      People have a fascination with stardom. It doesn’t surprise me they would feel sad when their favorite celebrities die.
