Sometimes I feel the age, but usually I feel like I'm about 35, so I still love to play the music loud! I love this song. The crowd was respectfully quiet during the performance. The backtrack was great. He plays a mean lead guitar. But Katie is still the star. I love what she does to the song and her voice is made just for this, but I wonder what other performances she does.

I'm pretty sure Stevie is anything but jealous. Probably supportive - Probably able to offer some advice and constructive criticism. Stevie is a master of the craft. It took her years to get there. I've heard Katie singing a few times for you and every time she does an awesome job! I'm surprised she's not in a band or trying out for some of the shows like Idol or AGT.
Shows like Idol (and lesser) AGT are about making money, but not for the performers (it's about ratings, and the bigger the ratings are, the more the money is pumped in to the shows)... With Katie and Dovydas, it's like it should happen... Katie has this amazing melancholy voice, which, somtimes, is totally not Dovydas.... but... they work really well together! I love watching Dovydas... and I'm loving when I see Katie... she's good...!

I have a friend and former classmate, who is a really really good local country singer. He was a contestant for The Voice, but never made it to the televised show. Nobody would say it specifically, but he didn't have a "sob story" backstory. Normal guy, middle class, no obstacles in his childhood. They (shows like that) want a good singer with a good story. It's not simply about talent.
Those shows are fixed they already have a winner picked
