see the problem with this video is that although you mentioned the mode of transmission but you never told that it is not airborne, you assumed a virus that is more virulent and it is airborne and can infect whole city. mutations never work like this, most of the cases viruses mutate thier surface receptors in order to mimick the hosts surface receptor to go inside the cells in case of Sars-cov-2 conjugate with ACE2 receptors on the lung epithelial membrane and enters the cell thereafter replicates and results in downregulation of these receptors. mode of transmission remains same. H5N1 is not a new virus it was already present since 1996 probabily before that but reported during that time so its mode of transmission is not Airborne so that chances already reduced, you are not going to touch everyones saliva or bodily fluids, FYI actual mode of transmission is generally from bodily fluids of birds and regarding poultary consumption, it is safe to consume meat if properly cooked. so chances to become a EPIDEMIC is very low.
