anyone notice how Austin visibly flinched whenever Debra McMichael got brought up? LOL.
Probably not as much as she did when he started throwing hands...
@@znalniaskas he beat up Jeanie Clark his wife b4 Debra too
@@cutekanjii
Is that true…did Jeanie write about it in her book? I know he apparently assaulted a woman after Debra
I actually believe Russo here, for the most part. Austin in his later years seems to not want to cause beef and just wants to move on from past feuds. I respect Austin for that TBH, no point in holding on to it.
The only guy who says "Bro" more times than Hulk Hogan saying "Brother"
Russo has said this for years and never once changed his story. Jeff and Stone cold are totally beating around the bush about this subject, period.
those Steve Austin interviews are great yet total garbage.
@@KeepinIt100OFFICIAL that the best way to describe it. Agreed.
Russo definitely has more conviction in his words than Austin or Jarrett does.
Jeff told the story on his own podcast in the past year!
😂 Well you don't know either of them personally. I'll take them over Russo, when it comes to talking about any perceived heat between the two.
i remember Steve Austin was on the Jim Ross podcast he told the story about how Jerry Jarrett was robbing from the wrestlers and denying it while having a giant mansion built.
Austin has had loads of Concussions he probably gotten and they are both just making up 💩 for content for wwe

Lies? Lies? They dismissed the entire thing, but I never saw a lie. He mentioned protecting his character and that was it. You calling Austin a liar is fucking hilarious when you have Russo and Bhatti on the show.
Austin and JJ never talked about how Austin was pissed by what JJ said.
Who is bhatti
Clickbait title. Russo doesn't call Austin a liar.
I was shocked at Austin & Jarrett's comments because they both have said the total opposite many, many times.
It’s hilarious how every time Vince answers a question he says he says bro you wanna know why Billy Ill tell you why bro, you know what the funny thing is bro, ya know what it is bro, ill tell ya bro.
If you didn't know any better, when you hear people do a Russo impression you'd think they were laying it on a little thick. If anything they're not laying it on thick enough lmao

Austin 3.16 says I'll whoop Jeff's candy ass if he mentions that promo from 1997!
The way the fans were back then Jeff's anti 3:16 part of the promo probably boosted the shirt sales immediately.
great point but it could have also got WWE in trouble with the media groups.
They didn’t lie at all. Austin mentions being too protective of his character. He’s making reference to the promo.
But they certainly went out there way not to mention the 3:16 blasphemy issue at all. Don’t you find it funny that they showed the start of Jarrett’s shoot promo…but not the part where Jarrett rightly criticized the 3:16 promo as blasphemy?
they didnt go into detail. and why would they in todays woke culture

@@naturalproductions7185 soo for Austin to protect his character he didn’t wanna wrestle someone who loses to chyna ... yea don’t act like that’s a surprise
Fairly confident Russo was actually telling the truth here. I think I heard both Austin and Jarrett talk about Austin's heat with the payouts in the past and the potato story.
According to Cornette their was heat. He confirmed it too.
Dutch Mantel also confirmed Russos and Cornetts story! Now that's 3 people.
Russo's way more straight-up than any wrestlers who want their WWE money to come in. He has nothing to gain from lying, monetarily.
That's WWE for you. Always changing the narrative in their favor.
The only time i've ever really seen a wrestler fully relax and not hold back on Austin's show was Seth Rollins. His whole stuff about The Fiend etc was really great.
I didn’t see it, but I imagine he was not a fan of the hell in a cell match ending in a DQ 😫
@@Charsi_Escobar awh you gotta see it man, he told a story about how he was yelling at Vince McMahon as soon as he got backstage
That's because unlike the older guys he doesn't have any stories that he can't tell. Rollins is boring as hell, he was in WWE at a time no one had heat with each other. The vets that come on don't speak the truth because WWE wouldn't allow them to
In 1999, Austin used to always do show interruptions during Jarrett segments. I wonder how much of that was an insider rib?
I think Austin only came and interrupted Jeff's segments whenever Jeff would end up mentioning his name.
@@blueblur2273 I remember Austin came out and stunnered him after taker hit him in the head with a shovel. I don’t recall Jarrett even touching the mic, he was expecting a match I think. Austin tossed him out of the ring and called out taker. I maybe wrong but vaguely remember it because it was funny. Infact Jarrett was often an unprovoked stunner dummie
@@Spooky_515 I believe Austin only stunned Jarrett twice and the incident you're talking about is the 2nd time Austin stunned him.

ruclips.net/video/WBgaxcEdhv0/видео.html
And I believe the stunners would usually come weeks after JJ mentioned him in a promo but I could be wrong about the 2nd time. JJ definitely mentioned him after the 1st stunner though. In any case, Austin would stun multiple guys on the roster randomly more than once and like I said before JJ only got stunned twice. So I don't think there was anything personal behind them anymore than it was for anybody else. In this video he got everyone but JJ: ruclips.net/video/WEa9BP1HCiM/видео.html

Elias interviewing Russo cool 😂
Good to see you guys getting along, would be great to see you working together again
It seems that Steve move past his heat with Jeff because Jeff didn't really have anything against Steve other than the way he was acting about him so for him it was easy to get past that.
Exactly.
Legendary moment! Credit to Jake the Snake Roberts. He passed the “torch” to Stone Cold.
lmao thats not passing the torch.
Also....Jake the Snake never had a torch to pass....Off the mark on so many levels....You should be Russos assistant....
I don't think either of them cares about past heat anymore. They're too old to worry about the past.

@@alo4912 speaking of slow, how come you can't spell?
Does Russo literally have an old school Batman tattoo on his arm? If that was a wrestling tattoo he'd mock fans for taking a fake thing that seriously but he paid someone to put that ridiculous thing on his body permanently. Plus he basically has a Bret Hart like shrine to himself behind him.
I agree but he has claims to be a batman mark.
@@labrat5886 I normally wouldn't care, but since he mocks wrestling fans regularly for being so invested in "something that's fake bro", I'm not going to cut him slack for loving a goofy show where the protagonist ran around with his underwear outside of his outfit, had a young male life partner who also ran around in speedos with a top shirt and the terrible choreographed fighting was accompanied by BAM and Whoosh pop ups.
@Sum body care to explain that? I don't care about star ratings and I don't have anything in my house that would even let people know I'm a wrestling fan (and I don't have toys either). I'm mocking a guy for a goofy tattoo of a fake cornball show. What is that you think normal people mock wrestling fans for?
@Sum body Fine, Batman is a stupid show made for simple minds and anyone with a tattoo dedicated to it is pathetic. There no wrestling references

Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett as a Tag Team with Debra. Take your pick of who Austin hated the most of that group.

It was more of a misunderstanding, both men have grown and moved past it even more so now with Jeff having an office role in WWE
Why dude talking to Russo looks like Damien Sandow with long hair bro
Never thought Russo to be a bullshit artist. Just doesn't do himself any favors by starting his sides of the stories with, "Bro, listen...and I'll be honest with you, bro." and "Bro, this is the god honest truth, bro.".
Russo is a lying zionist asshole. Let Austin and Jarrett keep their peace. They need peace and can bury the hatchet. Russo keeps stirring up shit because he hated Austin.
Under wwe umbrella aka means we don’t talk about Debra *slappy slappy*
Concussions to many headshots both have taken
Jeff said the same thing on My World about Austin being hot backstage after the promo.
They had beef before years ago but got over it as time passed, nothing weird or strange
Russo had a hard on for Jeff Jarrett and everyone else hated him. Not that he was a horrible worker or anything he just didn't move the needle at all as a good or bad guy
Vince Russo on WWE TV IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS
To be fair it could be all the Concussions they suffered they could of forgotten. Or maybe they are just lying 🤥

And remember perfectly fine
But that’s the one thing they would forget? Cmon
His heavy drinking is what caused him to forget. Jeff definitely has a better memory than Steve.
Would absolutely love Russo on broken skull sessions. One of the only reasons I’m subbed to peacock is that show
Russo was on Austin's show a few years back. Or maybe it was Austin on Russo's.... I forget which.

They didn't talk about Debra at all and she was a big part of Jeff . I remember jerry lawyer the puppies
Maybe I'm missing something, but can you write a shoot promo? Doesn't make sense to me. I thought a shoot promo or interview is non scripted.
Who did Russo’s tattoos? The Mickey Mouseketeer after school club?
What mask is that next to Russo's picture?
Chyna feuding with Jarrett for the IC belt while chyna was still with HHH made no sense. Pretty sure Jarrett jumped Chyna backstage for a segment and HHH did nothing about it lmao
He was probably out looking for Stephanie 🤣
How low rent is this
i think austin felt what we all thought and that was jarett thought he was much bigger star than he was
I'm sorr to say but i actually watched a video earlier on about their real heat that started when Austin wrestled for Jeff's dad and it did say Steve would avoid the subject and when he decided to do his show he'd have to put all grudges aside if he wanted all the best wrestles on his show/podcast whatever you want to call it,OH THERE YOU GO JEFF DID SAY EVERYTHING RUSSO JUST SAID ABOUT STEVE WAITING ON HIM AND READING HIM THE RIOT ACT,AS MUCH I HATE TO ADMIT IT BUT RUSSO IS 100% CORRECT WITH THIS 1.SORRY STEVE😂
Read him the "riot act" 12 or more assembling unlawfully is declared illegal? I don't think Jeff Jarrett would have know what to do.
Imagine being such a mark you’d wear a tshirt for a politician to try and solicit a reaction….err I mean attention
Wait so Jarett and Austin denied that happened or it just sounds like they never brought it up not lie
"I wrote all of Jeff's shoot promos" do you even hear what your sayin Vince. Fucking 30+ years in the business and still using the wrong terms. I can understand why jimmy wants to strangle him
Vince Russo wrote the promo, Jeff turned it to a shoot promo by adding the 'Austin 3:16 is blasphemy' part so it was a slip of the tongue...that's no excuse for the death threats Jim Cornette made and trying to get someone to kill Russo, that is no excuse for Jim to want to try kill Russo himself, Jim is lucky not to be in jail and Russo is right to take that restraining order out against him. You really are a mark for Cornette over some minor mistakes made when there are new wrestlers and fans now crapping on the business instead of turning your attention to them you still go on about Russo who most of the legendary wrestlers of the Attitude era in the late 90s has respect for
@@codesm96 I don't give to shits about jim cornette. It's the term "shoot". It's means off the cuff you know not written. So him saying he wrote a shoot interview is wrong
What did JJ think about the snake then ? he is the reason Austin 3:16 got going
Could care less about why they’re bsing the fans, rather have billy admit how big of a stalking mark he is and why he continues to blame his deranged stalking behavior of Roman and other top guys on his poor innocent son.

Revisionist history, I remember seeing Steve himself say he’d never would work with Jarrett. Now all of a sudden they’re the best of butt buddies? Wtf Squash the beef, I get it. All that is ancient history but why white wash it? If anything it’s cool to be anti Christian it would help sell the shirt imo
Gotta white wash it for the WWE network "it's such good shit pal"
@@That_Guy- lol
It wasn't cool to be anti-Christian especially back then since a majority of the fanbase were Christians especially those in the South, it would have affected his sales but it is a little hypocritical in a way for Austin to feel like that about Jeff's promo because Austin 3:16 was born the night he won King of the Ring and in that promo he trashed Jake The Snake Roberts about how the bible and all the prayers never got him anywhere, 'you talk about your Psalms, you talke about John 3:16...Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass!'
