oh cmon. the amount of rubbish. Indian cuisine is healthy, dal, vegetables. rice and the typical daily diet is heathy. the term "healthy" goes beyond salads. fruits, smoothies and shakes. at least educate yourself about things.
indian food isn’t unhealthy or oily. like any other cuisine. everyday indian food is more nutritional then any other and if you are struggling with it thats your own food
Mhm
Ik.. ppl really need to be educated ;(
Mmm no, I have some nutrition background. I think indian food is very diverse and healthy and if you choose to add more oil than strictly necessary for cooking that's on you. We also switch up grains to include jowar (sorghum) which is really healthy. How much oil you add/cook with is personal preference and not at all on an entire subset of cuisine (just like traditional mediterranian diets, you can choose to add highly processed dressings to your salad or go with more heart healthy options).
Dude not good to blame indian food for your bizzare eating habits
LOL it was just a joke! like i swear everyone makes that joke! not that deep
@@SarahNomani Nobody makes that joke
@@mruuuunaaal_60 a lot of ppl do. Mostly American and British Indians and pakistanis
@@SarahNomani literally nobody does
Excuse me indian food is healthy improve your knowledge please
Right, like I get some foods are unhealthy and oily but for the most part our food isn’t really that unhealthy and also it depends on how u make it. You can use less oil if it really bothers u that much. People need to be educated.
@@prabdeepmann2923 exactly! Everyone has their share of unhealthy food in their culture. Like that's just so wrong. We don't eat butter chicken or chole bhature everyday. Also thats not the only thing In our culture lol. There is south indian food, north eastern food and what not. And we mostly have dal, chawal, roti and sabzi for our daily food lol.
Ik!
This is hardly indian bro.
Yep! This isn’t Indian at all..

@@ramkam123 that's also true
I can agree with you on the intro but I disagree with the comments who are quick to defend indian cuisine. Ofc, Indian cuisine is healthy- generally speaking because of the vast variety of dishes we can easily cook, but in that case every cuisine pretty much is 'healthy'. But let's be honest, in an average Indian household, we repeat 2 meals a day cause none of our moms (on average mothers usually do the cooking) do not have time or be considerate of what you want rather what's more convenient for them to cook, ain't nobody got the energy to be creative on workdays. And almost every day, we eat white rice and a large quantity of it, if you're lucky your mom has nice side dishes so its more balanced. This is unhealthy on an everyday basis from an average Indian household cuisine.
I always appreciate what my mom cooks but alternative days I try cooking for the family to switch up the cuisine and the dishes rather than having it repeating or making something out of leftovers.
