Dele should feel so lucky that Jose, one of the best coaches ever who have seen it all actually took time to have this talk with him. I know I would. Jose was absolutely right. Time flies. Make the best of it Dele.........
Exactly, he’s not the same guy as he was when he first burst onto the scene.
All players have shit periods . Dele is a great player and can make a huge difference to any team . Considering how average most of the squad has been for a long time I don’t know how he can be pointed out.
@@butch7able Jose was not pointing out Dele here. He was just giving him advice in general. Jose genuinely cares about him. If I were Dele, I would have really appreciated it and I hope Dele did.
Now Jose got sacked
@@Bck-n9r It is the manager's duty to manage his players and speak to them. Jose was really poor when he hung Dele out to dry to the whole world. I think speaking to him privately would be better if he was really sincere in improving him than broadcasting his weaknesses (calling him lazy) to the audiences worldwide. That is very poor man management and you can see how pissed he is when he does not even bother responding to Mourinho when JM called him out for being lazy in the documentary subsequently. Imagine your boss broadcasting your weaknesses and mistakes to the whole company in public, how embarrassing it feels. Let alone when it goes out to the whole world.
Different people react differently. Some take scolding well like Ryan Giggs at Man U while Cantona and CR7 needed special treatment and Fergie managed each of them differently and u hear that all the time from former players like Roy Keane, Nani, Neville etc. It is evident Dele is a confidence player that responds better to special treatment, rather than humiliating him in public.
As good a tactician Mourinho is, his man management of flair/temperamental players has been pretty poor in his latter years and there are plenty of these players at big clubs and these are usually the key/influential players in the teams. Imagine falling out with CR7, Ramos, Pepe, Casillas who were leaders of the Real Madrid team, Hazard and Diego Costa at Chelsea when they just won u the league the previous season.
2:33. "i dont want to be your father because you have your father" Actually, Dele´s father abandoned him at an early age. Thats why he has Dele on the back of his shirt, not Alli
omg really
Yes and? So he still has a father.
Exactly, he needed a father figure like SIr Alex Ferguson to Ronaldo. Heung Min-Son is fortunate to have a good father.
Watching this now 11 months after his revelations. What a wonderful, brave and talented human he is. He must have been suffering so much in silence. Good luck in life Dele and don't worry about anything, you've achieved more than most of us has ever done. Be proud of yourself.
Dele needs one to one mentoring with Paul Gascoigne. Pre training pints in the morning, snort a line or two before five a side, then fish and chip dinner with whiskey to end a hard days work. That’ll sort him on match day.
Wtf 😂
England mid is solid and people keep forgetting ward prose
Welcome to Beşiktaş and Turkey, Dele. I hope you rise from the ashes again in Turkey. We love you...
Dele will be having Turkish Delights now
@@seb2750 Turkish delight gives energy, can turn into a star :)
We're all human beings. We have ups and downs. Dele needs to do what he does best, and enjoy his football
And Jose is 60 now. Time really flies.
Kinesio tape Alli was different gravy
Green boots too
I believe Alli's mentality is changing. Still not at his best, but he is starting to have good performances once again. Jose's arrival to Tottenham might have been the thing Dele needed so he can go to the top. I wish him the best.
Did not age well
And now, goodbye Everton, hello Besiktas
@@seb2750 and now, goodbye Besiktas
The toothpaste thing was hilarious.
simple answer : yes
I agree, knee tape Dele was a different beast
PLZ AMAZON RELEASE THE TEST SEASON 2
Time really flies if dele still has to learn how to brush his teeth.
His body language suggests Mou was right: he internally said to him "fuck off"
Dele has the look that I have a during a boring lecture. As if he's not in the conversation/his mind wandering elsewhere. Or he is simply thinking "this guy is talking ballock"
he is the best of the best
Dele Ali has lost it personally
Yh, probably/most likely.
It’s a shame as well considering he is actually a talented player.
How can u say he’s lost it he’s only 24
@@obiomaegemonye4884 He hasn’t consistently played well for Tottenham for a while now man.
@@obiomaegemonye4884 he’s gotten out of the form way too much he isn’t consistent enough
He is pathetic. One of the best in the world tells him he is not trying enough and he doesn't even listen.
Dele Alli turned into Pele Alli but with half the quality. Maybe he should dye his hair blonde again...
how do you guys feel about this... now that he has come out and said Jose had apologies, but you Amazon prime chose not to include that part. surely you are not stupid enough to come out and say that happened off camera ....if u have cameras in Jose Mou's room you have them anywhere else too. you should be more careful. i enjoy your docs but wow i now know not all or nothing doesn't necessarily have hall the right intentions or produced with a great interest at heart for this athlete.
Well Well Well
Watching this in 2024 is harrowing.
Does he already know how to brush teeth?😀
If I was getting paid so much, I will take time off football to refocus. Travel to Asia, Japan, China, where I can reinvigorate the hunger.
Why would those specific countries make seriously hungry, to you? seriously asking
I’d recommend a solo trip instead,
3/4 days. No socials media. Just you and your thoughts, your curiosity. You have no way to escape them, but have to face them and understand them
@@Gabriel_99 We are both saying the same thing. "An escape from false reality'.
@@EdLife11 I am happy we somehow agree then
Such an awful professional, isn’t that gifted either, but he’ll still make it to England team, simply for the fact he isn’t asian
Bro is talking about brushing your teeth like it's rocket science
