Actually, the main hitting spot that most secondaries aim at are the main belt of the ship that they are firing. If you have too much accuracy like US BB, all shell would not pen that belt and dealt no dmg. So you still want at least some bad dispersion in order to get at least some thing out of those secondaries. Flamu has talked about this in one of his vid, just can not remember

I really wish I had unlocked the Pommern during the German Navy event... Now I've just got the damned skin for it and will need to grind out coal for a year.
The Izumo's main guns are decent. If you can aim and angle you will be unstoppable unless your facing a HE spammer. Also with some upgrades (usually 3 - 5 million credits) you can get 25.3km of range stock without a spotter. And over 30km of range with spotter. The secondary's aren't bad if you are going for a secondary build. I knew it sucked a long time ago but its pretty sweet after the upgrades and buffs. idk why i wrote this.

i love the pommern but those guns turn me off, I mean look at these clip, some of these shots were bloddy awefull and it wasnt even far away. I love playing the gneis but this manages to look worse even though it trows so much more shit on the wall. Probalby becouse it goes agains high tier ships....
if you want consistency and don't have 19p captain pick Georgia, Pommern is quite painful to play even with full level secondary build, it is very challenging to make it work, whereas Georgia is much more consistent and forgiving in most cases.
Depends on what you prefer. If you like tanking a lot and and rushing BBs with cool secondaries it's Pommern. Goergia is a cool brawler too, but she cans no tank a lot but you have way better guns. So it stills depends on how you like to play. But Georgia will eb remove from the game soon sadly.

And if by miracle they managed to hit something, the shells have enough penetration to chip the paint. In contrast, the great mother Russian navy in WW2 is full of ships that could devastate any enemy ship. Fuck war gaming. I would take EA games over these motherfuckers

You dont need main guns on Pommern. Even after captain skill rework this thing is a beast with 13km sec. And torps. With speedboost.
