Tint Tool vs. Vertex Paint // Experimenting with the Grease Pencil in Blender 2.91

In this Grease Pencil study, I wanted to learn the difference between the Tint tool and Vertex Paint. In the end I learned that they are very similar, it's just that Vertex Paint has many more options to paint.
