Beautiful class! Supported fish pose opened up my ❤️ and I feel deeply still and settled now! Thank you so very much for sharing your story and your practice! It was a perfect reminder of the sweetness of stillness. Stillness for me is savoring that beautiful pause we naturally have at the beginning and end of each breath and applying that lightness...that spaciousness to our daily living. Peace & Namaste, Aprille. 🙏🏻🌺

The Yoga Ranger Studio thank you for your support in creating this class, for reading my story and giving me feedback and for the inspiration for the twisted sidebend over the bolster, I hope people come over and check out your channel as well 😍

I need and love stillness. I aim to take a 12 hour waking part of a day every month to be unplanned, no technology devices used, abstain from food and any conversation outside of myself other than prayer. When I do this I find my body returns itself to a healthier pH. Thank you for your sharing Melissa!!!

Like you Mellisa having fibromyalgia &back problems I’ve spent much time in stillness... and now do lead a hectic life but when I try and juggle things I too become debilitated... beautiful I loved the way in which you told your storey & taking time out in stillness is much needed for all💜

I have lupus and have been forced, like you, to learn to slow down and settle into stillness. Now that I have my yoga studio finished (inside my gift shop) I follow one of your sessions daily and I even have friends join me. You are an inspiration!

there were some interesting animal sounds (and appearances) in this class :) what your lesson reminded me was what i always strive to remember: go with the flow

Wonderful class! Thank you for helping me to feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Quick question, is it common to feel tightness in the mid-low back during the supported backbends?

I enjoyed the class but 3 ads played during it 😔 it really disrupted the flow and stillness unfortunately

The ads are terrible in the middle of the video. Totally ruins it. Before or after....not during.

These poses definitely looked relaxing but were uncomfortable for me; I stopped after the first two and my back hurt for the rest of the night 😢
