just know that you’re not alone. i’m not too sure what it’s like in America but if you can I would recommend going to a separate doctor and getting a second consult regarding your back. It sounds like there is an injury there and you could have a pinched nerve or an flamed disc etc. Which can cause you back pain. I know that that doctor is the workers Comp doctor but if he is not giving you the answers I would seek a second opinion for sure. It sounds like they’re avoiding paying you some compensation here. Which is not right. If the second doctor says yes, you have a herniated disc etc then you can take that information to the workers Comp doctor as evidence. You should be receiving workers Comp if you did this on the job.
I hope all goes well and sending you positive vibes. It’s hard out here at the moment I get it. Yourself every now and then and I find nature can really help. Also allow yourself to rest when you need to.
