It’s so weird with coffee one day I’m fine the next it can make me anxious. So what I’m doing is doing half decaf which seems to work. I haven’t mastered making Matcha at home 😂

Stephanie, I'm glad you felt support and positivity from your subs after posting your experience with anxiety at costco. I commented on having a similar experience more than once and what I do. No judgement here. I hear you. Great Target haul. I bought the same green reusable bag bc I was drawn to the color as well. Eco bags only for me. The Stanley cup, I a undecided. I know it's worth the $, the durability is there and it comes with a lifetime guarantee but I'm happy with my $13 on sale at Marshall's Hydrapeak tumbler that is the same size, very durable and I only use the drinking spout. I don't use straws ever. However, the Stanley cup is tempting 😂👍🏽

I love to make those health shots at home too, but I do not add any pepper. Just FYI, you really don't need it, pepper really doesn't do anything for sickness no weight loss, which is a common myth with those ginger shots. I do fresh ginger with coconut water, and fresh pineapple juice or other fresh juices and it tastes so good, a sweet and spicy ginger without the gross taste from pepper or tumeric. And it's just as good for you.
