Party City...15 dollars PLUS for number ballons... Amazon...5 dollars. Plus 1.25 to dollar tree to fill it up. People are aiming to SAVE. The stores are greedy.
They were expensive yes. But that's where we got our balloons blown up, that's where we got our party favors, plates, candles. Very angry this placed. Closed. But greed probably has a lot to do with it. People are (unfortunately) turning to Amazon because those same items are cheaper.
Im 46yrs old & the last time i been in one of those stores, i was in highschool. How many times a store file for bankruptcy & change its name, cause biglots isnt its real name. I can go to other stores & get things cheaper, than party city.
Up here in Canada we have Party City . One opened in our town back in 2014 just in time for Halloween . AND that seems to be the only time of year they are busy , Halloween , Christmas and New Years . There's a second hand store across the street that sells Halloween costumes cheaper . And there are Dollar Tree's near by that seem to do very well for affordable decorations .Lots of competition out there.I hate to see people loose their jobs
I used to shop at big lot then they remodeled a few years back and put the furniture in the front of the store and raised all the prices by double on canned goods, candy, everything. I stopped going after that.
I only worked at Big Lot since it’s easy for me to do it, but I heard the toy playing Jingle Bells in C major key. My teachers taught me how to work at Big Lot and Peter Piper Pizza and Old Navy and Sbarro!!
Toys r us and now party city and big lots 1:56 i have a thing were i just go to the store to find a physical copy of a switch game rather then buying something or downloading or buying a game on digital on the switch its more fun to see games and toys rather then buying in digitally
People need to stop blaming Amazon for everything. I see most people now go to places like Dollar Tree for their party supplies. It's much cheaper there.
Exactly, now that Toxic Trump is back unfortunately. The economy is going to start demolishing like a deck of cards. Especially also now the prices are going to start spiking up 💯 times worsening than the Biden aministration😢.
The way America is going not too many people are having parties 🎉 anymore so it was only a matter of time for Party City and after January 20th no one is going to be having parties except Elon Musk and Trump. Big companies don't even do holiday parties for their employees anymore. I'm sure Party City stopped doing holiday parties and they are Party City 😂😂😂. I look for BestBuy to be next.
