It is the human projection of an ideal world, it doesn't have to be exactly a society , this utopia represented in audio is the conception of an ideal world developed by a person (in this case me) and this will depend of course on his motivations, experiences, among others, that are the ones that lead him to build in his mind that ideal world.
With this and to finish I want to say that nothing in this album is real, it's just an idea created by an ordinary mind.
