Actually they did, maybe not as present day Norway but still. Plus they are apparently good enough to train basically all NATO forces on how to survive in artic terrain.
This particular unit fought the Nazis during World War II in a number of successful battles. The Nazis called them the “black Devils” because of the black uniforms and they were good at killing Nazis!
@@Borrelaas these people did not see WW2 but the regiment itself has existed since 1905 and was one of the first regiments made after independence in 1905. That’s what he was saying.

Dimitri van der Kleyn Correct. And doing it well to. We also trained Afghanistan military and so on.
@@msmith6980 not really, most of these boys were not even alive in the 1940's i doubt many of them saw action against the nazis
