Dale Would not have been killed if he wasn't blocking for Mike Waltrip. He was a better driver than that. No one could catch Michael the 15 car belonged to Dale Earnhardt.
Illegal according to who? Get over it. Racing is inherently dangerous at it's core. Not one person who gets behind the wheel of a racecar that doesn't know the risk they take when getting in the car. None the less, the cars and drivers are safer now than they ever have been. I've watched plenty of guys hit the tire at my local track and they walk away from their car every time, and I've grown up at the track. Maybe if you hit the tire, you don't have as much talent as you thought you did
