Choyce and so many other children in this world 🌎 deserve this level of growth and understanding from parental guardians.♥️
💯 YES! I did my best to NOT parent my (now) son the way that I was parented and I see the difference in our relationship vs me w/my parents.
@xapfe Oh yes, I'm unapologetically breaking cycles within my family (and they aren't too happy about it).
I'm happy to have inspired you. I wish the best for you on your journey! 🤍🤍
Listening and acceptance are both so important in parenting.
Devon, great questions. Choyce, so many of us as melanited children had to fight the racism fight with our heads held high. I can't imagine what you personally went through as a 9year old. ( God, I thank you for Choyce's survival). Now I feel and see your beauty/strength, and it's amazing. ❤️🙏 Choyce and Tab keep up the self love.and reaching out to the Black Community. We need this, sound Advice and growing Wisdom . ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Brother Chance and Tabitha thank you for raising a respectful and lovely daughter (Tabitha's twin) ❤❤❤❤🌅
Major kudos to Choyce and Tab. Great conversation!

I LOVE THIS!!!! The becoming of it all. Thanks for sharing Choyce and Tab!! The mother daughter duo is spectacular on your lives!!!! Keep us updated!!!!! Thanks DeVon for lifting women of color on your platform!
Excellent! It's gut wrenching when you don't know how to help your child as a mother.
Wow, so enlightening! I'll definitely think about this when parenting my stepdaughters. I've realized the same about my parents that they're their own people/individuals who have their own unique experience in life, and I'll work to see children as the same. Thank you!!🙌❤
Everybody should be growing and learning on a continuous basis. Choice is sooo mature 4 her age! Good job parents. Remember U gotta GO through 2 GET through!
Thank you for sharing this. This can be helpful to so many trying to raise their children in this different time of the world we live in today

I’m glad that Choyce survived her younger years!
I’m that type of parent that definitely would have showed up at school, kids are committing suicide because of bullies.
Some children can be soo evil!
Such a great conversation 👏🏾👏🏾

Hi
Funny Devon talking on that topic since Megan been lightening her complexion.
You went to a predominantly white school...why was that hard to say?
Right
Exactly
That wouldn't have answered HOW her mother handled it........
Because she has her own way of speaking she has her own mind and she can speak any way she wants. Wow you're as bad as the people who bullied her. Just let her be who she is and that's how she explains things simple as that.
