62 hardtops aren't super rare they made almost 28,000 in 62. Compared to only 3,200 convertibles. Hardtops aren't really worth a ton of money in factory form. I agree they're beautiful cars, but with those factors, a hardtop is perfect for what they are planning.
I don’t know if this will ever be seen but in the original video you guys wanted to change it into a 2 door and make the wide body start further up. But I don’t know if the idea was scrapped or to hard to pull off, but you know how super cars like the Valkyrie have those gaps in the doors that are basically air vents that go through the the doors. I’m sure i’m not making sense right now but all i’m saying is keep the 2 door design but also keep the suicide doors as it’s too iconic to throw it out and make it similar to the 4 door drift car
