So pleased I found your channel and wanted to thank you for helping me improve my drawing especially with charcoal. I particularly like the uncomplicated way you teach.
I always told myself i could never draw and I never tried until now and I'm so happy I found your channel. I appreciate the way you teach and I am inspired to keep on practicing. Cheers!
Really pleased you enjoy my videos. I know I should produce them quicker, but I have three grand children, who like being stars in front of the camera. So I do produce lots of videos, but not necessarily for RUclips. Cheers Paul
I love how, with just a relatively few strokes of your drawing medium, you produce such almost "magical" pictures! I've never drawn with charcoal or chalk, so will have to try both--I very much like how they look together.
you are an amazing teacher....I watch all your videos..they very helpful and easy to understand. I am a beginner and its very helpful for me thank u ..the way you describe its amazing..you are an amazing artist also ...I am from India...love from India 😍😍😍
Good video! Well explained and very pleasant to watch! I stumbled upon it while trying to find an explanation on how to tell the difference between charcoal and black chalk, as well as tinted charcoal and tinted chalk, but I ended up watching the whole video anyway.
I love your tutorials. This one is particularly inspiring, thank you very much for sharing your skills in drawing as well as in painting. It's extremely interesting. Love from France
thankyou for the tutorial, i was looking for charcoal white and i struggled to find some in my budget range, and then i decided to learn more on charcoal/graphite drawing as i am new to the medium charcoal and came across your tutorials typical me didnt think chalk would work with charcoal/graphite thankyou again :)
Super cool, I really want to start drawing with charcoal more and this really helpful! Can you also make a video on using chalk pastels as I don't know how to use them very well? Thanks!
Hi Paul, I sketched this river scene ,which was very challenging, yet rewarding!. I had neither graphite nor chalk yet, and used my 8B and white pastel. Pastel made it more grey. However, I am not disappointed! Grazie!
