- Shaikh Ibn Uthaimeen Al-Qaradawi's words (below) were played to him,
"I seek refuge in Allaah. It is obligatory for this person to repent. And if he does not he should be killed as an apostate, since he made the creation more knowledgeable than the Creator. It is upon him to repent to Allaah, so if he repents, then Allaah forgives the sins of His servants. And if not then the Wullaat ul-Amr should strike his neck (with the sword)."

Al-Qaradawi said in the second part of a Friday khutbah:
"Before I leave this station of mine (i.e. from giving this khutbah) I love that I should say a word about the results of the Israeli elections. The Arabs, all of them, were placing their hopes in the victory of Barleen, however he lost and this is what we praise about Israel. We desire and hope that our country can be like this country. Due to only a small number of people, the one who was actually ruling lost his position. There was not 94% or 95% (of votes) which is what we are accustomed to in our country, but 99%, (yes) 99%. If Allaah had presented himself to the people as a candidate he would not have been able to take this amount. We welcome Israel for what it has accomplished!"

@usa wicked Read the Ibanna of Ibn Barr and As-Shariah of Imam Ajjuri, there they brought an Ijma that rebelling against the ruler is harm. Besides look at the state of Libya and Syria now.

Bukhāri (7054) and Muslim (1849) reported from Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever sees from his leader something that he dislikes, then let him be patient with him because whosoever separates from the jamā’ah (i.e. the body of Muslims in a country) even by a handspan, and then dies in that condition, he will die the death of pre-Islamic ignorance (jāhiliyyah).”
“The meaning of ‘separation’ is to attempt to break the covenant of allegiance that was attained for this leader - even if one splits away by the smallest degree. So, he gave the similitude of a handspan because even that amount will lead to the spilling of blood without due right.” (Al-Fath 13/7)
It is for this reason that the Imām of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamā’ah, Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (d. 241H) stated in his work, Usūlus-Sunnah as is recorded in Sharhu Usūlil-I’tiqād of Al-Lālikā’ee (1/161):
“It is not permissible for anyone among the people to fight the ruler and nor to rise up against him. And whosoever does that is an innovator, upon other than the Sunnah and upon other than the Straight Path.”
Obedience to the ruler, whether he is righteous, pious, sinful or tyrannical is an obligation. Muslim reported in his Sahīh (1836) from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“You are obligated to listen to the ruler and obey him in times of ease and in times of hardship, whether you are pleased or displeased and even when another person is given preference over you (while you were more deserving).”
Muslim also reported (1059) from Anas Ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) stated:
“You will see after me severe preferential treatment (to those less deserving than you), so be patient until you meet Allah and you meet His Messenger at the drinking lake (Al-Hawd).” So they responded, “We shall be patient.”
In the wording reported by Al-Bukhāri (2377) Anas added: “But we (i.e. some of the Muslims) were not patient.” So this is proof that those who were not able to be patient, were mistaken in their judgement because the truth is what Allah’s Messenger commanded with.
Obedience to the ruler is obligatory in that which is not sinful, and rising up against him due to his sins or oppression is not permitted by ijmā’ (consensus) as recorded in the books of ‘aqeedah of the early Salaf as well as the authentic Sunnah.

However when the Muslim ruler implements policies/laws that creates fitnah/kufr and leads the general Muslims away from Islam, then the rebels/bughaat can dispose the Muslim ruler with the permission if the trusted scholars and meeting the conditions to rebel according to the Quran and Sunnah.

He attacks you for having an orthodox view. Even if he disagrees with it, it was held by great scholars of Islam like Imam Ahmad, Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Uthaymeen, and so on. But when Al-Qaradhawi rejects stoning to death, believes a woman can take off her hijab to pursue education, promotes democracy, and many other deviant beliefs; he expects you to respect that?!

Ibn Tamiyyah wrote that the hellfire is not eternal, he was also holding minoritarian views against the majority of the scholars of his time. Funny people now claim the extreme minority are traditionalists and the most orthodox.

The Niqab being mandatory is a minority view but not unorthodox. Ibn Taymiyyah had minority views, and didn’t generally have unorthodox views. What minority view states stoning to death is not part of Islam? May Allah bless you.

It's laughable how he criticizes Sheik Yusuf's Fataawa in defense of all of the people that were slaughtered by the Arab regimes during the Arab spring, yet he has nothing to say about all of the people that were killed by the Salafi Nusra Front and Khawarij ISIS groups in the name of Jihad.

Tirmidhi (2641): “My ummah will split into seventy-three sects, all of whom will be in the Fire except one sect.” They said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allah? He said: “[Those who follow] the path which I and my companions follow.” It was classed as hasan by Ibn al-‘Arabi in Ahkaam al-Qur’an (3/432), al-‘Iraqi in Takhreej al-Ihya’ (3/284) and al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.

Those people who call our scholars as Najdi scholars, they don’t mean they are from there, they mean that they follow the teachings of people najd! Which is stupid, because those knowledge didn’t come from them, it came from the Quran and Sunnah and it was there before!
At one point, I'm glad these Surooriyin it's not only happening in Indonesia, but at another point it's kinda depressing how they grow like mold in every part of the world. Different faces, same ideology; all because of the evil root Ikhwanul Muslimeen and Qardhawi.

Yusuf Qaradawi (rahimullah) has a book called 'al-halal wal haram (the lawful and prohibited in Islam)', I believe there is a response to this book by shaykh salih al-fawzan (may allah preserve him) called ''Al-I'laam bi Naqd Kitab al-Halaal wal Haraam'' which is a critique of Qaradawi's book. Do you know if there is an english translation of the book available?

Yusuf al-Qaradawi was an ikhwānī asha`rī who supported Haraam suicide bombing (with conditions). He supported these cursed Arab spring revolutions among other big blunders.
He wasn't a salafi and he was a source of great misguidance to the ummah.
I have only seen this name after his death was announced. Those are some crazy statements - May Allah forgive him...that's a heavy load...

The verse that says Allah doesn't forgive shirk like Quran 4.48 and 4.116 is for passing away on shirk if I recall. Jazak Allahu khayr. I think we are on the same boat because when people recieve guidance or the imaan enters the heart they love their deen and see who is corrupt. Many people they never call it out the way it’s because they keep saying my Sheikh My sheikh. No problem in following the sheikh but that does not mean if the sheikh even does something out of the fold of Islam that you follow him blindly. Alhamdulilaah and Allah protect you

@@name2971 Yes this is true. Just last week a talked to a brother at work about buying a house as he asked if I have bought a house. I said no because of riba. He said come on man, the most important thing is to pray and generally be good to people. We live in Europe. That you do it for the sake of your children and that you will benefit from it (financially).

Sheikh Yusuf Al Qaradawi was a household name in my north African house growing up but I didn't search into him as I grew up.
This was a shock to learn about him subhan Allah! May Allah forgive him. It gives me a great insight into some of the bizzare and modern things my people believe. I didn't think any sheikh would be so bold as to make these statements to Arab speakers.
May Allah reward you for your efforts and keep you steadfast, jazak Allahu khairan.

Some scholars such as Ubayd al Jabiri have made takfir of Al Qaradawi based on these quotes that you have read. Shaykh Saleh al Fawzan said that the one who says Christians are brothers in faith is either ignorant or if he claims to be a scholar, an apostate

Ppl use sh. Uthaymeen who said that killing the civilians of the non Muslims who kill Muslim civilians is allowed. Hence we see ppl doing that of recent times. But we reject this from him. And he done a lot of good. Bin baz made fatwa to allow 🇺🇸 boots in saudi to attack Iraq. The ummah disagrees except maybe salafis. But we love sh bin baz and he’s got great works both physically and written. We are the ummah of balance the middle path. 👍 leave the bad take the good.
