This week we share our biggest dream come true: being able to surprise our very deserving parents with a trip to Mexico! Yupp, another break from van life for Eamon & Bec as we fly to Cancun to spend 7 days in paradise with Bec's siblings and parents. It was such a special week and we are so excited to share a little bit of this trip with you in this vlog. We know it's not our typical van life content but we'll be back living in the van in Europe in NO time!!

You’re so blessed .. my dad was city attorney and a wonderful father, he rocked me to sleep every night but he died when I was just 7 years old. My mom never dated again. They were married almost 20 years and his picture was at her bedside till she died 30 years later. He was irreplaceable ... you are so blessed to have a wonderful dad.

I had to watch your dad's surprise several times!! Cherish him, while you have him! Lost my father a few years back... and it still hurts. Would have loved to have taken him on a family vacation - but he had dementia. What a wonder time and great video to watch!

Oh my gosh!! I have been watching your vlogs for a while and when I saw this one I was like - for some reason I recognize your dad. Then it dawned on me - I worked with him on a couple of things where he worked Toronto (won't share anything for privacy). I worked for that company for 25 years and so met many people. Your dad was a stand out. A consummate professional, kind and hard working. So great to see him enjoying retirement and wishing the best to all of you.
