    Hi Devin. I’ve been watching you for some time. Good info. I’m a realtor in Maryland, Baltimore area. Had my license for 15 years, hopefully will have my broker license by year end. I want to get into sec 8 housing for vets.

      That is the VASH program. Reach out to the local VA office in Baltimore. There are a number of programs that will assist you in getting started.

    Partenerships are difficult because often times you have no idea how your partenr will react during adverse times.

    Hi Devin, I am new investor both to Baltimore and real estate in general. I just bought a vacant property in Baltimore in cash but I need sometime before I can come up with a money to renovate it. How long can I hold on to the vacant property without making any kind of work? I am binge watching your vids and I want to Thank you for educating us newbies.

      Unfortunately you won't be able to hold it long before the city starts fining you $900. They are cracking down on investors doing exactly what you are doing. If the house has been declared vacant, then I would find a hard money lender for the renovations
