Your new crew is good, Javier's crew was better tho. I think what really happened was that Javier and his crew figured out they could make their own money and stopped making you money that's why in all your comments you make it seem like you got rid of them but it was the other way around. The quality went downhill a little.
I seriously doubt it. I can run this crew with less half the employees 💯as you can clearly see the work is top notch.
