Presidents Akuffo Addo & John Mahama storm Former First Lady Akuffo’s funeral

His excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana together with his wife and former President John Dramani Mahama storm the burial service of the late Mrs. Emily Akufo at Akropong in the Eastern Region of Ghana on Saturday, 2nd July, 2022.
The late Mrs. Akuffo was the wife of Ghana’s former Head of State, Lieutenant General Frederick William Kwasi Akuffo(deceased).
The late Mrs. Akuffo was the first lady from 1st July 1978 till 4th June 1979 when her husband was overthrown and later executed.
She was 88 years old, May her soul rest in peace💐
