- Longwe Twala shot and killed soccer star Senzo Meyiwa. This is the startling claim made by Thulani Mngomezulu, the lawyer representing accused number one, Muzi Sibiya.
During cross examination of Sergeant Batho Mogola, one of the investigators, Mngomezulu even accused police of a cover up.

Mokgola after hearing that case was cooked she struggled to recover as the truth was fighting with what she convinced her to be truth. When you are told something directly and you give a general answer that on its own give bad impression of your character.

Mngomezulu likes to make statements in court. Surprisingly when his clients are under cross examination they denied to have given him such instructions. That is the reason Acc one has decided to dish him because he make statement that exposed his client to harsh examination that they cannot explain themselves out of that situation. He is using a docket that is not part of this proceedings. He knows that Khoza has put the statement mentioning that he denied such claims made by Sfiso.
Court is not relying on hearsay I was thinking that because Sifiso Meyiwa is working at SAPS even if he is a cleaner he supposed to know that

If you listened to the cellphone guy, you can make a conclusion about how dodgy it seems pertaining the pictures in those said phones. The dates for the pictures don’t make any sense..Even the contacts identified through trucaller weren’t conclusive as had more that 10people with same names as accused from trucaller
