No disrespect to the other fine Portuguese language You Tube sites, but yours is the best by far, real world, slow enough to understand, full of good context, and good cultural content. I'm probably going to follow your site exclusively and loyally.
As a fellow teacher I can say these lessons are really pretty good. The way you think of each stage and subject is nice. Especially the order of the parts.
Just been a 3 days working in Portugal and made a lot of mistakes due to language barrier , this really helped me alot as I don't understand anything what coustomers are saying. But thanks to god there are very nice people here in Portugal who have been very kind and accepting. 💕 Since they have been so kind and helpful I would also like to improve 🎉and make them fell at home.
This is great and I'm learning. But I would like to make a correction (as a former English teacher). Don't say dose to use the word portion in English. Just use the word portion. Never say dose.
Olá, aqui ficam algumas frases úteis: Deseja o menu? Deseja uma mesa para quantas pessoas? Já escolheu? O que vai ser para comer? O que vai ser para beber? O seu pedido vem já. Deseja mais alguma coisa? Deseja pagar? É para pagar com dinheiro ou multibanco? Muito obrigado e volte sempre. Espero que já ajude. :)
I'm learning Portuguese and I have learned that if you say está you don't pronounce the first 'e' so you say: "stá". Nevertheless it's a very good channel! ;)
That is incorrect and correct at the same time. Incorrect- in a formal situation. Correct with friends, family and relatives. Use sta only in informal situations. Don't you ever use it in formal situations, Marcos!
Olá! The Portuguese Lab doesn't offer an official certificate. The best way to obtain a certificate that attests your language level is to take a CAPLE exam. I hope this helps! :)
What is the point of reading aloud the English translation if it's placed opposite the original phrase? It's so annoying because people here want to learn Portuguese not English.

Marcos Luns the pronouncing of the "e" depends on how fast you are speaking. :)
That is incorrect and correct at the same time.

How much it's the (tip)usually 🤣😂🤔
That depends, but I'd say between €1 - €2 is very common.
Portuguese Lab really I thought it will be like from 5 to 10 Euros 😬😨
it's all fun and games until the listener comes back with a killer question.
Queria or gostoria..’ I want’ sounds a little brash in English .
37895 i donr know if are asking but (queria) is i want and(gostaria) is i would like.
Queria means I would like. Quero means I want.
is this masculine or feminine or can it be used for both?
Lee Green what are you referring to?
